I can bench press 210 lbs, and do the dumb bell 50 lbs. I weight 155lbs.

You know whats amazing is people talk about how they can bench this much or that much and thier body looks like total shit.

Bench press is designed to build chest and to lift the weight using your pec muscles.

I train at golds or at NYSC and its always the same shit, the skinny guy trying to bench crazy numbers, while guys 10 times his size just do modest weight so that they can focus on building muscle not get injured.

This is not intended to anyone here just a rant.

105 at one time, which was pretty good since that was my weight. But not for reps. I think I did 95 for those.

But that was when I was working out with my exhusband and he was training me. I could probably do the bar now.

Last time I lifted 500lbs 6x but those days are long gone as I fucked my back up... But I am 6'7" 300 lbs and was about 4 years ago... Now i'm lucky if I can curl my 2 liter diet coke...

That's really good for a regular girl. Female bodybuilders and girls who bulk up, work with more weight. But if you're a regular size chick like we are, doing it to be toned and/or lean, that's a lot. I never wanted to look too muscular so I always did more reps with light weight.

Its sad in highschool (5 years ago) I was a madd man and I got up to 315 x 8. My weight was at 235 pure muscle. Now Im 240, I got a gut and I can't even bench 225 x1 anymore. Sad
