How to bulk up without drugs?

Is there a way to bulk up without exercising much and eating carbs?

I can seriously eat by the pound, but I easily lose it in a day or so.

Any recommendations?

Im like that as well...Its your matabalism...Its really fast like mine..I was an athlete so i could eat eat and eat but not gain weight...I got on Celtec creatine...Its is the new creatine and has tons of new like vitamins and shit in it..The plain white stuff is bad for your liver...This new stuff made me gain like 10 pounds in amonth and my muscles got ripped...i got off of it and still worked out and didnt get fat or anything..

you need to go to the gym

do movements that build mass, curls, rows, presses with a weight you can do 12-15 reps of (extremely heavy weight won't do too much for you here)

train you entire body

and EAT, eat a lot and don't worry about putting on fat, if you're training hard the majority will be lean mass (depending on what kind of foods you eat)

You need to tear the muscle down so it will grow big. Don't forget to let the muscle rest so it can grow. Squats are good for building over all mass. I was using the supliment muscle milk, but I think I will give Celtec a try that Davyvegas recommended. Creatine does rock.

Creatine works very well, but you have to drink alot of water otherwise youll be very prone to pull some muscles.

I second this notion... but make sure you mix the creatine really well in your glass before you drink it.

Max weight for 1 rep per body part. There's actually a book on this technique, forget what it's called or who it's by.

You could always try prohormones, which convert to sterroids once they are in your system. They are currently legal because they are not technically sterroids, but they are just as effective for building muscle. There is currently a bill being considered by the senate which will ban them so you'd better hurry if you are interested.

If you decide to go that route, make sure that you cycle them and that you take anti-esrtogens post-cycle to prevent gyno.
