you need to go to the gym

do movements that build mass, curls, rows, presses with a weight you can do 12-15 reps of (extremely heavy weight won't do too much for you here)

train you entire body

and EAT, eat a lot and don't worry about putting on fat, if you're training hard the majority will be lean mass (depending on what kind of foods you eat)
