How to bulk up without drugs?
Is there a way to bulk up without exercising much and eating carbs?
I can seriously eat by the pound, but I easily lose it in a day or so. Any recommendations? |

You need to tear the muscle down so it will grow big. Don't forget to let the muscle rest so it can grow. Squats are good for building over all mass. I was using the supliment muscle milk, but I think I will give Celtec a try that Davyvegas recommended. Creatine does rock.

Creatine works very well, but you have to drink alot of water otherwise youll be very prone to pull some muscles.

Max weight for 1 rep per body part. There's actually a book on this technique, forget what it's called or who it's by.
