Americans? Canadians? The French? The Spanish? Greeks? Duetch? No one. Its part of thier culture just as all other countries and religions have certain set ways of thier cultures and religions. Not eating pork. Not speaking. Covering you skin. They mayans used to play a ball game with a human head, and the loser of that game, was the next games ball. They thought this to be the correct way to sacrafice to the gods. 5000 years from now, if America is still around, they will look back at now and say, "What the hell were we thinking?" No person or group of people can be one to judge others religions, rituals, or cultures. This is hows its been for 100000's of years and its going to be for another 1000000. The world is a fucked up place. I saw a photograph just the other day of a young woman handging from a cross, disembowels and 3 arrows stricken through her chest. It was an American group of goths, sacraficing this woman, wich was a part of thier own group.
