A wire tap implies that someone got a court order to physically listen in and record a conversation on a phone. The term "surveillance" can mean anything including hiring a high school student to stand outside of Trump Tower and make a note of which celebs enter the building. Did Obama order a wire tap on Trump's phone. No, he did not. Thus, Trump lied.

After cancelling all scheduled hearings for this week and next week, Devin Nunes just made the announcement that he has no plans, and cannot commit to, any further public hearings regarding the Russia investigation. So he's officially trying to hide something big and shut down the investigation.
Then there's also this, that I'm creating a new thread about Trump administration attempting to block Sally Yates from testifying to Congress on Russia |

He's made a joke of the entire thing and even Republicans are turning on him. He may also be at risk of obstruction of justice charges by trying to derail a investigation. The best part about all this, is Republicans spent the entire 1st hearing asking questions about leaks and then here we have Nunes parading around claiming he got info from a leak.. The irony is overflowing.. |

You literally act like an animal. No self awwarenss whatsoever, just running on primiyive programs in the brain, following instinct and reaponding crudely to simple stimulus. You sound like what i imagine to be a cocker spaniel trying to lecture its owner on the law.
How you can find employment is totally beyond me. Your job description has to be nothing more than "show up occasionally" |

Nope, didn't say anything like that. Just laughing at you acting so stupid and pretending you can't understand what Trump said.
Don't worry, you're in good company...every Democrat politician, all of CNN and MSNBC, The New York Times, and Washington Post. Some very smart people there...that's why I said ACTING stupid and PRETENDING to not understand. Again...the word "cartoonish" comes to mind when reading the posts you keep making on the subject. As for wasting YOUR time? LOL! Only one of us refuses to act intelligently (you) and trolls like a motherfucker all day (you). That's YOU wasting YOUR time. I'm just laughing about it. After all that's why you're doing it...for attention. I'm giving it to you baby! |

Trump's phones were not wiretapped. They got caught up in incidental surveillance. There is nothing illegal about this in any way, shape, or form. They put a wiretap on the phones of Russian spies, and when Trump's people called them those calls got monitored. You lectured me on researching information and reading up about laws, and then provided me with two links that failed to discuss incidental surveillance or unmasking of names. Incidental surveillance is not illegal, but instead is the byproduct of legal surveillance.

I said that when a U.S. citizen is caught up in surveillance of a foreigner...then that citizen's name is MASKED in the transcripts because there was no FISA warrant to allow for that person to be spied on. The insinuation that Nunes is making is that the spy agencies were used to spy on Trump through DELIBERATE Incidental capture and the names were unmasked and then disseminated to all 16 agency's in RAW form (which was NEVER done before except when Pres. Obama made a rule change in the last 2 weeks of his Presidency). That is the whole point that is being made. There seems to be the appearance that deliberate things were done to spy on Trump. Being surveilled with no apparent reason (no national security issues involved in the taped conversations and no Russian connections in them either), names unmasked, and then President Obama changing a long-standing rule designed to protect U.S. citizens literally as he was walking out of the White House. Either I'm just not communicating this well enough or you just aren't wanting to hear it. IF this turns out to be what happened...then yes, it's a very, very big deal. It would indicate that a sitting President's spy agency's were used to gather intel on an opposing political party. Has that been done before in history? Yeah. Is it something that should be going on? Hell no. And President Obama did it very recently when he used the spy agency's to intercept communications between Congressmen and Senators talking to Benjamin Netanyahu about the Iraq Nuclear Deal he pushed through. That was reported by the Wall Street Journal at the end of February. But of course CNN and the ilk didn't report on that. That was just plain WRONG. But Pres. Obama never let that stop him. Remember when he had reporters from the AP spied on and also had reporter James Rosen of Fox News surveilled by the spy agency's (they were reading his emails) Hell, that was REALLY going after the Free Press. But they love Obama so much that they briefly reported it and then Obama had them all over to a White House dinner and all was forgiven. ![]() So I would say that looking at the Obama Administration's history of spying...it won't come as a big surprise. I hope that it turns out to just have been operatives doing this on Obama's behalf WITHOUT his knowledge. Because if he was involved (and that changing of the rules for raw data sure does implicate him), then this will be on the level beyond Watergate. And it will be a horrible ending for the first black President. Our country doesn't need that. We need to be getting tax reform done, getting ISIS destroyed, getting trade deals fixed and moving the economy forward. But it looks like Democrats just won't accept that Hillary lost the election and are determined to push their Russian agenda. As I said a month ago...this is backfiring on them horribly. You won't hear that on CNN. But the more things keep getting investigated, the more that the Obama administration is looking bad. The exact opposite of what Democrats THOUGHT was going to happen. |

For example, the British government tracks every Russian employee or suspected foreign agent in the United Kingdom. They wiretap their phones, they intercept communications, and some cases they have a full surveillance team assigned to them. For example, the Russian ambassador the United Kingdom has a full time surveillance team watching him (her?) twenty-four hours a day. Not only does the United Kingdom does this for the Russian ambassador, but also the ambassador from China, and any other country they believe might be hostile to them in the near future. I'll gladly bet you my next paycheck that Russia does the same exact thing in Moscow. Every connection anyone in the Trump campaign had to Russia was subject to routine surveillance. The problem here is there are so many connections that it would be impossible for Trump's people not to get caught up in incidental surveillance. No matter how much Trump denies this, Trump is physically tied directly to Russian in dozens of ways. Here is a short list of people tied to Trump and the Russian government: Trump's business network reached alleged Russian mobsters Make no mistake about it, nearly everyone in this administration has direct ties into Russia. If you don't believe me, give thought to who Trump's daughter spent a week on vacation with.

And Robbie, even if there was no crime committed.... Why not have an investigation? In fact, why not welcome it?
The only way to prove innocence to put the cards out on the table. If not, this will drip drip drip for the next four years.

Robbie, why is it that Republicans demanded eight investigations to Benghazi and three investigations into email practices (all of which cleared Hillary of any wrong doing) but we have massive evidence of treason at the highest level of the White House and the Republicans are trying to shut it down?

Robbie have you kept up with news outside your right wing bobble heads? Nunes has significantly backtracked on what he claimed. "YES" Nunes himself has now said he can't be sure of what happened.. He now says names might not of been unmasked.. You are doing just like you did with Benghazi and your "stand down orders".. It was proven false and you kept arguing it was true.. Now you are doing the same thing again. The fucking man who leaked this now has said it's not what he claimed yet you still argue as if it were.. It's been a week now since Nunes claimed all this.. by Friday of last week he had partially back tracked. Monday we found out his intel came from the WH and now he's backing off completely yet here you are still arguing as if it were fact with zero evidence presented from the guy who made the claims. You do this all the time.. You will belittle anything you don't like and claim no proof but soon as it's something "YOU" want to believe no amount of proof can sway your faith in it has to be true.. Just imagine if any Democrat house members had done something like this relating to Benghazi or Hillary's email. You would be fucking raging and livid. However because it's a Republican it's no big deal everyone else must be wrong.. Republicans are now calling for Nunes to step down.. Gram publicly mocked Nunes calling him Inspector Clouseau.. McCain has said we need an independent investigation.. “The problem he’s created is he’s gone out on a lark by himself, sort of an Inspector Clouseau investigation here, trying to find some unmasking information about collection incidental with the Trump campaign and some foreign agent outside of Russia. I think the only way this can be repaired is if he tells his colleagues on the House Intelligence committee who he met with and what he saw.” Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-S.C.) "No longer does the Congress have credibility to handle this alone, and I don't say that lightly," McCain but oh no Robbie wants to make it Obama's fault so nothing can end his need to blame Obama..You are obsessed with blaming Obama to the point you can't see anything else.. Robbie couldn't give a shit if evidence actually showed Trump conspired with Russia.. oh no blaming Obama for something is WAY more important.. |

Rochard...why do you keep saying the Republicans are shutting it down?
They ARE investigating it. In case you didn't notice...the Republicans hate Trump too. They did everything they possibly could to stop him in the election. He represents anti-establishment in D.C. That's a threat to Republicans and Democrats. The ONLY reason any Republicans in Congress are willing to work with Trump in any way is because they are scared of what will happen back home when it's re-election time. In the meantime...they are more than eager to "investigate" hoping they would find something "bad" on Trump that could remove him. They would LOVE to have Pence in charge. Not one single Republican politician prefers Trump over Pence. As for "routine investigation" NO! It is not. Nunes specifically said that the reports he saw were not of national security importance. Meaning that not only should the names NOT have been unmasked...but that the surveillance shouldn't have even been put into a report at all. Like I said earlier...everytime YOU write an email to a client in Europe or have a phone conversation with them...YOU are being surveilled and your data is being captured. BUT...it is then quickly analyzed and determined to be useless. So the spy agencys do NOT write a report and disseminate it to 16 other spy agencys. And they DAMN sure don't unmask your name. Understand? Nunes specifically said these conversations were not of any national security importance. THAT is why he brought it to the press and the President and is demanding the FBI make all those transcripts available to the full committee. This looks like a case of one political party spying on the President-Elect of the other party. That my friend is dangerous to our Democracy. You didn't see Hillary's campaign having reports made on them with names unmasked now did you? What part of this are you missing? Are you just now learning of this from my reply? |

She did not say a fucking word about spying on Trump. She said they were worried Trump admin would try to make evidence disappear so they were trying to get as much out as possible. her quotes were "we have very good evidence on "RUSSIA". She said not a fucking thing about surveillance on Trump. Why do you outright lie Robbie about things that can be easily verified? btw this is youtube video taken right from a right wing shit hole hence the youtube title.. Likely the same shit rag Robbie got his information from.. ![]() ![]() btw someone quote this so Robbie can't pretend he didn't see me own his ass again... The best part is I searched using Robbie's direct quote to find the video.. It's also from 2 days ago, not "breaking news" like Robbie tries to claim.. |

It is routine. They've been doing this kind of surveillance since Trump was in diapers. You've said time and time again that a political campaign talking to a foreign government is routine, and I believe this. I am sure Clinton's campaign contacted the Russian government, China, and all of the major countries in Europe and around the world. And I am sure that most if not all of these conversations were caught up in incidental surveillance. However, because these communications were routine they were masked, set aside, and never thought of again. But with Trump and his campaign they found things that indicated violations of law.
Let's use Roger Stone for example. No one was watching Roger Stone, or wire tapping his phones. However, the moment he chatted with the hackers who hacked the DNC, well, at that point he was being investigated for a crime. Manafort too. He was most likely under investigation before he went to work for Trump. At the very least he was on the radar of the CIA for multiple reasons. Quote:
What is a lot more interesting is the fact that Nunes leaked information about what seems to be a classified report, which is a felony. Um..... Quote:
But Democrats immediately disputed that claim, asserting that the intercepts appeared to be court-authorized intelligence gathering that did not target Drumpf or his aides and may not have disclosed their names even in classified intelligence reports. We don't know what Nunes saw. It could have been an FBI investigation into one of Trump's friends or the friends of some of the people who worked for Trump and was completely unrelated to any political activity at all. Nunes has said this has "no connection the Russian investigation". If that is the case, why are we even discussing it?

You can believe what you want. I'm just telling you that unless Congressman Nunes just flat out LIED then that is what he saw and VERY clearly stated (nothing vague). He also demanded that the FBI bring those documents to the full Congressional Committee. So let me say this one more time: I do NOT know if Nunes is lying. I do NOT know if James Rosen is lying. I do know that the Assistant Secretary of Defence for President Obama flat out said on MSNBC that she and others were doing everything they could to get as many surveillance reports on Trump as they could before he took office. That means that there ARE surveillance reports on Trump. (the media has been reporting that since last year by the way...the same exact media that now says Trump is lying about it). It also means that a person in one department of Govt. was joined by other people from other parts of govt. in looking at unmasked raw intelligence data that is NOT part of their jobs. And then lots of that has been leaked to the press. If you see absolutely nothing wrong with that. Then so be it. I will tell you that it's very, very dangerous stuff. An assistant Secretary of Defense doesn't normally look at intelligence reports. Especially ones that don't have any national security relation. And NEVER with unmasked U.S. citizens in them. And they NEVER "collect" as many reports as they can to be used after they have left govt. That's all. I gotta get back to making money. Already have one big mainstream company going in Miami since Trump was elected. Now I just partnered up with another big company in Los Angeles. The economy is firing up and capital is being used to expand business. I hope that you can get in on all of it too. ![]() |

Seriously what the fuck is wrong with the reality check of you right wing bats? It's just like the right wing idiot who uploaded the video trying the claim she said Obama spied on Trump.. No she didn't.. She said they didn't want the Trump admin to know where the info came from, so they could stop it..(ie tell the Russians we had intel on them) |

https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/state...ampaign=buffer THAT is what a real crime looks like. I've yet to see any evidence of Trump working for Russia. The media and libtards are so sure of it, even without any evidence presented. |

Can you tell me who ordered the surveillance? Who was the target of the surveillance? What agency did the surveillance? Who in the Trump campaign did this involve? If this didn't involve the Russian investigation, why was this even an issue? If this doesn't involve the Russian investigation, and the names were unmasked, isn't that an indication there is another investigation of someone in the Trump administration? Who gave Nunes this information? And why hasn't Nunes updated the rest of the committee about this? This is classic disinformation. Trump is trying to derail the investigation before it picks up steam, and trying to discredit everyone investigating. Too late. In the very first round of questioning they are pulling in twenty people. This will go on for months as it picks up steam. Eventually they will start putting people under oath. The FBI already knows what is going on. They have a record of every conversation Trump and his team has ever had with the Russians. Look at the banks Trump does business with, all of them are dirty.... We are only two months into this investigation, it's been one fuck up after another, seven years of bitching about Obamacare yet they couldn't pass a new law, but that's okay because Trump is busy playing golf while the rest of his family is off skiing. Now we have a full fledged investigation where the President is being accused of the highest possible crime ever against a sitting president. That's fine Robbie. You go on believing the economy is magically booming and it's just happened in the past two months. Robbie I'm trolling you. Trump is being investigated for using the Russian government to win the election, and Nunes refuses to release any information about what he saw. Trump is going down in flames.

What blows me away is... Nunes is charge of investing the Trump campaign and transition team. But Nunes was on the transition team. He is in charge of investigating himself.

That's Republican "leadership" now, corrupt to the core. Republicans used to stand for something and have integrity, now they're slaves to their billionaire multinational corporate masters.

BAM... here it is.. Two WH officials provided the intel report to Nunes. They now have names. Robbie can go into hiding now...
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/30/u...4&ref=cta&_r=2 The House investigation is officially a wash, can't be trusted with Nunes at the helm..He's proven to be running cover for Trump. The Senate & the FBI investigations will be where shit gets done. Several current American officials identified the White House officials as Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the senior director for intelligence at the National Security Council, and Michael Ellis, a lawyer who works on national security issues at the White House Counsel’s Office and formerly worked on the staff of the House Intelligence Committee. A White House spokesperson declined to comment. Mr. Cohen-Watnick is a former Defense Intelligence Agency official who was originally brought to the White House by Michael T. Flynn, the former national security adviser. The officials said that this month, shortly after Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter about being wiretapped on the orders of President Barack Obama, Mr. Cohen-Watnick began reviewing highly classified reports detailing the intercepted communications of foreign officials. Suddenly "leaks" will be important again... |
