Being surveilled with no apparent reason (no national security issues involved in the taped conversations and no Russian connections in them either), names unmasked, and then President Obama changing a long-standing rule designed to protect U.S. citizens literally as he was walking out of the White House.

No, this was routine surveillance. We've been doing this since shortly after the cold war started. All governments do this.
For example, the British government tracks every Russian employee or suspected foreign agent in the United Kingdom. They wiretap their phones, they intercept communications, and some cases they have a full surveillance team assigned to them. For example, the Russian ambassador the United Kingdom has a full time surveillance team watching him (her?) twenty-four hours a day. Not only does the United Kingdom does this for the Russian ambassador, but also the ambassador from China, and any other country they believe might be hostile to them in the near future.
I'll gladly bet you my next paycheck that Russia does the same exact thing in Moscow.
Every connection anyone in the Trump campaign had to Russia was subject to routine surveillance. The problem here is there are so many connections that it would be impossible for Trump's people not to get caught up in incidental surveillance. No matter how much Trump denies this, Trump is physically tied directly to Russian in dozens of ways.
