You take a risk on the weed, since you signed the lease I think.

You could call the cops and have 'em busted. Not the kind of thing someone in this biz would do though, esp for weed.

When I went through it, a bunch of my stuff was taken or broke.

End it sooner rather than later, you're life will be better for it. Next time take more time and have some rules before you take in a roommate.

If you made the call my roomates friends are smoking pot in my house and I am scared. Now if she makes the call and has 50 pounds of it sitting in her room she may have a problem. Also what does she do in our business? Have you talked to your room mate about this? I just think that before you do anything you should probably take her to the side and tell her that having 20 of her boyfriend's friends over isn't acceptable to you. Sounds like she is a bit inconsiderate. It's common courtesy to check with your room mate before having a party. So, at the very least she should have told you they were coming. But, certainly you can agree that because she is paying half of the rent, she should be entitled to an occasional party......but if you guys talk about it first then you can make plans to be elsewhere.
At any rate, if she doesn't see that it's a problem to disrespect you by not talking about it before having a large group over.....then you should likely be looking for another living situation.

Start sleeping with these guys...one at a time. When the deed is done, look him square in the eyes and say "I think I love you". He will never come over again. If there are 20 of these guys to get rid of, you should have the place cleared out in less than a month.

Why are you telling us all this when you should be telling your roommate or her boyfriend's buddies? No outsider would dare disrespect me in my own home. Hit one of those fuckers in the face with a beer bottle and tell them to clear out.

Seriously, if you are this upset about it you need to put your foot down right now. That shit will only get worse. It's your place, not theirs. She was nice enough to give me her bread, but i hate her so much right now i dont want anything from her and I told her so. I don't want to eat her bread, i only want to eat my own! Hey dude, I had a room mate for a year, and we got a long great. Him and his GF were loud but... uhm... I am not going to go into details here.

Just find the right room mate and the right place and it is mint. I was never really home other then on weekends, and then we drank beer or went cruising around in the pimp mobile (Slammed 92 Caprice Classic, tinted windows and low pros).

Weird, you sound quite a bit like me.

I was in a similar situation, but couldn't really afford to move at the time... So I talked to my roommates about the problem. It didn't matter to them, and it didn't solve anything. It only stopped losers from coming over temporarily at best.

You need to realize this isn't something you should have to live with. You don't like it. If you aren't comfortable in your own home, there isn't any place to go. You just trap yourself in your room, pissed off. That can really drive you mad.

Don't feel 'bad' about it, or feel like you should have to go hang out and try to accept these losers at your house.

You might want to just move out, breaking the lease, or telling your roommate she needs to find another roommate, because you are moving out. Have you talked to your friends? Maybe you could move in with one of them? If not, maybe a small apartment for a little while, until something else opens up? Talking with your roommate might help, but from my experience, it didn't, not at all.

I say you should just get out of there. It's needless stress, and it's stupid to have to put up with this sort of shit. (just thinking about my experience still pisses me off) Moving out of there was the best thing I ever did for myself.

I just think that before you do anything you should probably take her to the side and tell her that having 20 of her boyfriend's friends over isn't acceptable to you. Sounds like she is a bit inconsiderate. It's common courtesy to check with your room mate before having a party. So, at the very least she should have told you they were coming. But, certainly you can agree that because she is paying half of the rent, she should be entitled to an occasional party......but if you guys talk about it first then you can make plans to be elsewhere. At any rate, if she doesn't see that it's a problem to disrespect you by not talking about it before having a large group over.....then you should likely be looking for another living situation. just my little opinion.. So I talked to my roommates about the problem. It didn't matter to them, and it didn't solve anything. It only stopped losers from coming over temporarily at best. You need to realize this isn't something you should have to live with. You don't like it. If you aren't comfortable in your own home, there isn't any place to go. You just trap yourself in your room, pissed off. That can really drive you mad. Don't feel 'bad' about it, or feel like you should have to go hang out and try to accept these losers at your house. You might want to just move out, breaking the lease, or telling your roommate she needs to find another roommate, because you are moving out. Have you talked to your friends? Maybe you could move in with one of them? If not, maybe a small apartment for a little while, until something else opens up? Talking with your roommate might help, but from my experience, it didn't, not at all. I say you should just get out of there. It's needless stress, and it's stupid to have to put up with this sort of shit.
