your place, so chances are you signed the lease.... Been there with the roommate problem... Kick 'em all out. If she has moved in, you may need to do a legal notice to quit (I'm not an attorney).
You take a risk on the weed, since you signed the lease I think.
You could call the cops and have 'em busted. Not the kind of thing someone in this biz would do though, esp for weed.
When I went through it, a bunch of my stuff was taken or broke.
End it sooner rather than later, you're life will be better for it. Next time take more time and have some rules before you take in a roommate.
