Take advantage of a man's tendancy to flee from commitment...here's what I mean:
Start sleeping with these guys...one at a time. When the deed is done, look him square in the eyes and say "I think I love you". He will never come over again. If there are 20 of these guys to get rid of, you should have the place cleared out in less than a month.
Stock up on lube and rubbers...you've got work to do. Also, if you could leave some sticky dildos laying around in different places such as the counters, silverware drawer, etc...she may get spooked out enough to move on her own.
