The only people I believe in this story are all the witnesses other than his friend and the cops. They (the police department) are spinning it up nicely. A damn shame. If the officer was seated when the struggle occurred how could anyone see if brown was reaching for his weapon? Assuming his weapon was holstered, initially, that would mean brown would be trying to pull his gun out upside down and fire it upside down, or do black people know a trick now were they can reverse their wrist? The cops story doesnt make sense at all, and of course he was beaten within a inch of his life while seated in a police cruiser but was still able to pursue and neutralize the individual.

I wouldnt believe it no matter the race of the individual. This video clearly shows the officers body language and demeanor after the fact. And another witness who didnt know brown or has any reason to lie for him. Oh I forgot that all blacks lie for each other and got together on their secret network and crafted the same story between at least 6 witnesses. Meanwhile black nba basketball player Ray Allen has his home broken into and the 7 individuals are released to their parents without so much as a citation. Its embarrassing how insane and stupid some of you are.

Was he innocent? Not completely but a death sentence was not the way to go.
