I do apologize as I should have checked before I posted the video. However, don't think there is any debate that he robbed a store before he was shot or am I wrong again? Fact is Michael Brown was no angel. He did not deserve to be killed but the majority of these protesters can barely put a coherent sentence together. Stop blaming others for your lack of success and do something about it. I know plenty of successful black people that came from poverty and they succeeded, my doctor being one. Stop blaming others, work hard and you can and will be a success.

3. A law enforcement officer in effecting an arrest or in preventing an escape from custody is justified in using deadly force only

2. two people 'push him back into car', while one 'leans in and beats him nearly unconscious, to a point where his orbital socket is damaged and is nearly unconscious

3. "Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, "What, you're going to shoot me?""

.. I mean.. it's possible the reporter misheard this 'well placed source' about why Brown decided to leisurely pull his weapon on two people casually walking away, two men who nearly beat him within an inch of his life
