Michael Brown was a Pillar of the Community (PIC)

As I said before, knew he was probably a ghetto POS. That being said he did not deserve to be killed unarmed.

Sly 08-20-2014 10:06 AM

What about that picture suggests he is not a community role model?

He likes his Hawaiian Punch and is a good citizen concerned about protecting his money.

Nothing wrong with that.

I seriously wonder if that picture is legit.

I did a few searches to try to find out about his background and found nothing at all other than he was 18. Seems he had no criminal record at all.

No matter, it doesn't matter to me. This isn't a "black vs white" thing for me, this is a criminal vs cop thing. You go for a police officer's firearm you get shot, it's just that simple.

That is a picture of Jodah Cain of Kansas City from last October but let's not let facts get in the way.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/1...n_4069914.html

http://newsone.com/2737243/jacqueline-bell-joda-cain/

It was posted by a Kansas City cop as being Michael Brown. The cop is now in trouble for it.

http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/26310...facebook-posts

It was pretty easy finding that out with just a quick google image search but I guess that is too much effort for fucking people.

I have learned from the video and based on recent events.....walking in the middle of the street will get you shot, or beat down.
I was always told not to play in the street,....makes sense now!

60 years??? .... wtf.... did he kill someone... :disgust

Bryan G 08-20-2014 02:30 PM

I do apologize as I should have checked before I posted the video. However, don't think there is any debate that he robbed a store before he was shot or am I wrong again? Fact is Michael Brown was no angel. He did not deserve to be killed but the majority of these protesters can barely put a coherent sentence together. Stop blaming others for your lack of success and do something about it. I know plenty of successful black people that came from poverty and they succeeded, my doctor being one. Stop blaming others, work hard and you can and will be a success.

OK, so you say he didn't deserve to get killed and then launch into insulting the people who are protesting. :helpme

But the one fact I know 100% for sure is that you don't know jack shit about the success or education of the protesters.

You just made that stuff up.

This cop will walk....

http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutes/chapters/chap563.htm

Law enforcement officer's use of force in making an arrest.
563.046. 1. A law enforcement officer need not retreat or desist from efforts to effect the arrest, or from efforts to prevent the escape from custody, of a person he reasonably believes to have committed an offense because of resistance or threatened resistance of the arrestee. In addition to the use of physical force authorized under other sections of this chapter, he is, subject to the provisions of subsections 2 and 3, justified in the use of such physical force as he reasonably believes is immediately necessary to effect the arrest or to prevent the escape from custody.

2. The use of any physical force in making an arrest is not justified under this section unless the arrest is lawful or the law enforcement officer reasonably believes the arrest is lawful.

3. A law enforcement officer in effecting an arrest or in preventing an escape from custody is justified in using deadly force only

(1) When such is authorized under other sections of this chapter; or

(2) When he reasonably believes that such use of deadly force is immediately necessary to effect the arrest and also reasonably believes that the person to be arrested

(a) Has committed or attempted to commit a felony; or

(b) Is attempting to escape by use of a deadly weapon; or

(c) May otherwise endanger life or inflict serious physical injury unless arrested without delay.

4. The defendant shall have the burden of injecting the issue of justification under this section.

You're right. The cop should have waited until Brown finally got a hold of his pistol, then shot him.

OK, so as long as somebody writes down some rules at a police station the people have no recourse?

The people can't say the policy itself is wrong and convict those how followed it blindly.

If the police chiefs makes it policy to rape female suspects then they have no recourse right?

It's just policy and the officer followed department policy when he raped the female on the side of the road during a traffic stop.

Of course my statements are ridiculous; but so are some of the policies police are engaging in.

Pretty simple - Try to take a cop's gun and you risk getting shot. Period.

so:

1. cop orders two people to stop walking on street

2. two people 'push him back into car', while one 'leans in and beats him nearly unconscious, to a point where his orbital socket is damaged and is nearly unconscious

3. "Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, "What, you're going to shoot me?""

.. I mean.. it's possible the reporter misheard this 'well placed source' about why Brown decided to leisurely pull his weapon on two people casually walking away, two men who nearly beat him within an inch of his life

or it's all bullshit.
