the real issue is the culture... culture being the mechanism by which a society functions.. .. a low or non functioning society must seriously consider changing their culture... oddly enough the 'Africans' I've met and know have a very serious work ethic and are for the most part intelligent, friendly people.... I have a woman from Ethiopia working for me...
while the American Blacks present an obnoxious, arrogant, hostile and abusive behaviors with an overblown sense of entitlement... while there are many blacks that are wonderful people, the 'image' of blacks held by a majority in 'real life' unlike TV and media presentation's, are of the former.. a culture presenting such negative qualities will NEVER have a high functioning society...
