Tear2Hosting Launches - Dedicated Server Deals!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tear2Hosting Launches Web Hosting Services

Rockville, Maryland - March 30, 2006

Tear2Hosting.com, a Maryland web hosting services provider has announced the launch of its web hosting services. These services include VPS hosting solutions, dedicated hosting, as well as colocation services. What sets Tear2Hosting ahead of the pack of other hosting providers is the quality of service and the unmatched reliability of its datacenter. Their load balancing scheme has been custom developed using RSYNC commands running along with HeartBeart, an application which allows them to automatically transfer traffic in the event of a machine failure.

The VPS Hosting Packages offer services starting as low as $14.95 per month and run on some of the most sophisticated Intel and AMD Based Systems in the world. Powered by name brand servers like Dell and Sun, each server is loaded with multiple processors, high memory options, and huge SCSI storage arrays running RAID operations. These servers run in clustered pairs which allow the servers to balance loads between two separate machines running identical file system structures. With that in place, the load balancing also forecasts problems before they take place allowing failover operations at the switch to trigger; this will redirect IP Addresses in the event of a server crash.

The server clusters are loaded with a very small amount of clients, which allow the machines to fully handle the promised bandwidth amounts. Unlike most hosting companies that will oversell bandwidth and server resources, Tear2Hosting promises that server resources will not be oversold and that every client will be able to successfully utilize the entire amount of services purchased. With multiple Cisco & Juniper Routers connected to a network of over 8 bandwidth providers, Tear2Hosting is able to route data on the shortest route, thus decreasing the load times and increasing download speed. Tear2Hosting offers a pure mix of premium level 1 bandwidth from providers such as AT&T and Tiscali, as well as level 3 providers such as Cogent. This mixed bandwidth allows Tear2Hosting to route around problem areas as they arise, leading to unmatched dependability. Located in the Equinix IBX Datacenter in Ashburn, Virginia, the main backbone for Tear2Hosting utilizes the carrier-neutral datacenter to arrange peering contracts with over 95% of the United States end-user market and over 55% of the European end-user market. These peering contracts allow for Tear2Hosting to deliver even faster service to our customers' end-user clients.

Tear2's VPS plans all offer the hosting of unlimited domains, unlimited email addresses, as well as Cpanel. The VPS plans also offer multiple IP addresses with their VPS plans ranging from 2 IPs with their super plan, up to 30 IP addresses with their unlimited plan. Spacing these addresses out between multiple class C IP's may also be done by special request. Tear2's also offers great plans on colocation, with bandwidth prices as low as $14.50 per mbps.

Our pricing may seem slightly above other providers, but it's due to many factors. Our datacenter offers premium bandwith as a pure mix between level 1 providers such as AT&T, Nlayer, and Tiscali, as well as the level 3 bandwith (Cogent) offered by many providers. We are also located at the Equinix IBX facility: one of the largest, best connected datacenters in the US. From our cage we are an arms reach away from Sony Online, EA Sports Online, Goldman Sachs, and the FBI's main relay center just to name a few. You also have to consider that this pricing is lease-to-own, allowing the customer to have ownership of the hardware transferred to him/her at the end of the contract period and switch to less expensive colocation plan.

Most Entry-Level Business prefer that, however entities such as Sony, the FBI, etc. realize that being in Carrier-Neutral IBX Datacenters allows them to gain the most scalibility and redundancy. Unlike private datacenters where connection pipes can be limited, at the Equinix IBX Facilities there is a 700gig/s backbone with a presence of almost all carriers in the world (level1 and level3)

It's not that these large businesses have a contract with us, but in our direct facility. The Ashburn Equinix IBX facility houses many mini-datacenters, it is a carrier facility. We are under the same roof as a good portion of the Fortune 500.

You mentioned that you only do business with hosts which OWN thier own datacenter. We do own our datacenter, it's just located within an Equinix IBX facility. We own and operate our own routers, switches, our own racks, all in our own cage. We are our own datacenter. We just pull our bandwith from the large, well connected carrier facility we are housed within.

If you are referring to the name of the company, the "Tear" in "Tear2Hosting" has nothing to do with different tiers of bandwith.

Thought of the day.... why would anyone want to have a server anywhere near the FBI?? In fact, why would anyone want to even have a server within the US?? The laws and crap are just not favorable to doing any biz.

PS.. Not hitting at your offer dissipate

Give me an ICQ and we'll see what we can do for you. I don't think a free month is going to be possible however.

Honest... If you arent willing to work with people here to
a) prove you can provide a solid service
b) offer a comparable product
c)bend over backwords to prove you want the business

then why the fuck would anyone consider using you?

I'm not quite sure where you're making those claims from. Yes we're located in the same facility as pulltheplug, and our owner infact personally knows the owner of pulltheplug. I however assure you that we are two seperate entities not sharing any hardware or cage space.

Also, if you want to try and talk shit, don't do it on a fake nick.

I'm going to be very blunt, and very honest. To the best of MY knowledge our cage and hardware are our own. Seeing this whois information to the domain raises a few eyebrows. I will be in contact with the owner of the company in the morning (as it's currently 530am) to straighten this out.

Good luck!

PullthePlug is a partner of ours, Brian (the owner of PullthePlug) is a partner in the Tear2Hosting Company. We purchase large amounts of bandwidth from multiple providers in Equinix and PullthePlug is one of them.

Now, if you even took the time to check PullThePlug out you would see that they are a solely colocation facility and network management company. They dont do shared hosting, they dont do dedicated hosting, they dont do small colocation deals, they manage large networks for people and one of the networks managed is ours.

Please get your facts straight before you start to make false claims of us RESELLING pulltheplug.

Thank you.

What are we lying about and how did we make a fool out of ourselves? Just because our main IP Address resolved to PullThePlug Tech we are lying? If you just took a second before you bashed us you would notice that PullThePlug is a network management company NOT OFFERING the services that we provide to you. They DO NOT OFFER SHARED/VPS HOSTING, THEY DO NOT OFFER DEDICATED SERVERS, AND THEY DO NOT OFFER SMALL COLOCATION.

Not to mention, but Tear2Hosting has partnered with Brian G. of PullThePlug to offer an even wider selection of services than he currently provides.

Thank you.

Been with them for 3 years now and never a problem.. Ive got an up commin tgp project that I know is going to eat some bw so I responded.

Honest... If you arent willing to work with people here to
a) prove you can provide a solid service
b) offer a comparable product
c)bend over backwords to prove you want the business

then why the fuck would anyone consider using you?

Id leave my icq.. but I'll hit up kathy over at nat-net tomorrow.

Our smallest virtual hosting package is $14.99/month and gets you:

1000mb disk space
150 gigs transfer,
2 IP Addresses
Unlimited Email,
Unlimited Domains
Free Cpanel

Additional IPs are just $1 per month

We can also space your IP's out on different class C's upon request!

All our VPS packages run on dual-clustered servers which are loaded with our custom load balancing scheme - no slowdowns like some of the oversold datacenters other providers have.

You offer VPS now? By the way how the hell and why do you cluster and load balance shared hosting (or even VPS) servers?

It's our own secret sauce. Some of works through RSYNC commands and HeartBeat software.

Wait let me get this, you rsync accounts to your other shared servers if load gets too high on one? I think you are either very new or another idiot spitting out tech terms thinking no one here has a clue. Personally I think you're an idiot.

What Nick is trying to say is that each of our main servers has their own unique secondary backup server that runs Rsync commands every few minutes. In the rare case of a failure or over-load of a main server the secondary backup server will utilize Heartbeat Linux to idenitfy the problem and take over the main server's functions. This allows for our network to be nearly fail-proof.

I think you meant to say "The PTP Tech network is pushing somewhere in the nighborhood of 4gig/second and they are using cisco 6509's with sup 720-3bxl and juniper m160's".
