#1 on Google - It's Soo Easy.
 

I've sort of been tossing around the idea of doing some SEO work. I'm not sure what its worth for top 3 positioning though. I'm guessing a shitload? Two shitloads? I think SEO companies might charge billions even :1orglaugh. How do they price it? Anyone ever deal with a true B2B SEO operation and have pricing examples?

Anyway, I could pretty much guarantee top 3 positioning for any keyword or phrase on Google -- if the price is good enough anyway :winkwink:

Maybe it would be better for me to create a site that would have #1 (or worst case, top 3 - for the hotest of keywords) positioning for the keyword or pharse you select & lease certain control of the site to you on a monthly basis. You would still get what your after -- all of the traffic from that keyword. Yeah, I think I like that better.. that way you couldn't fuck it up and come back whining about how you lost the positioning & want your 43 million dollars back :)

But this is serious, I am 110% positive I can do this. I warn you though, it would take a nice chunk of money to pull me away from my current projects (current setting up our big hosting project). From what I understand SEO work isn't something you price hourly.. hehe.

Anyway after reading that AdultDesign guys post, I just thought I would throw it out there for anyone thats despearate or eager enough to pay big bucks for top positioning on the worlds most favorite search engine.

Erm.. and anything hosting related you would have to pay triple

Lately, I'm ranking #1 on few search terms I tragetted and I actually had to work my ass off to get them too just to realize I should have gotten those search terms without a 's' at the end for much more traffic damn! :(

I don't think he's lying. Google isn't tough to manipulate at all.

There's only way I know you can get top spot on google without cheating as fast and easily as you say. Get linked by a PR9 or 10 site. Unless you have some kinda way to get my link up on yahoo's main page, I.. and so should every1 else, am VERY skeptical.

Yes you can fuck with Google but you will also get yourself banned from them aswell. Lets say for whatever reason you do get the #1 spot, dont you think the people under you will be like WHAT THE FUCK and report you for cheating? even though you might not have been (or so you think). Next google will personally check out your site.. you better make sure that it is squeaky clean because if it isnt, then you're banned.

If you understand how the google bot works AT ALL and how it is constantly being reprogrammed you would realize there is NO WAY to guarantee a top 3 spot with legit methods.

The bot also bases rankings on traffic flow and who the user clicks after the search. These are things you cannot control.

There are a tens of thousands of industries, niches, keywords, phrases etc., and like someone mentioned, its not exactly easy work to setup those rankings initially - but it can be done with 100% accuracy every time.

For example, I lack the motivation to go get #1 position for "free lesbian teen movie" but maybe someone with a really good converting lesbian teen movie site could motivate me into securing that position for them.

Anyway, I'm not trying to twist anybodys arm here. Some of the people on GFY have already talked to me in the past and know I'm busy workong on this big hosting project.

It was just recently that I figured out all of this google stuff, so I haven't been able to take advantage of it for myself yet. It's all there for you to reverse engineer yourself though :)

But make no mistake, I'm 100% positive the positions can be secured. It's a bit of work and coding and a few other little bits and pieces :winkwink: The amount of work really depends on how much and what type of competition you have for the keyword. That should be enough info for people who know how to work google positioning to know what I'm talking about :thumbsup


And for reference, I'm talking about SINGLE keywords and phrases here... its not like you could easily go and work #1 positions for hundreds or thousands of keywords at a time. Not without risking google banning you for being spammy.

Look.. google is very easy to understand and reverse engineer. Just go read their original papers on the design of fucking thing. THAT is not the hard part, if you don't know how google works to start, then your going to have a problem. The HARD part of this is legitimately getting yourself in the top positions for your target keywords. And for me, that is easy.

I think the best judge of someones ability to do this is to givethem a new URL / DOMAIN, post it here, add a little content, and have the guy prove that he can get it ranked witha tough search term.. like free porn, xxx, sex, etc.

If you can get a top 3 ranking for any keyword you desire in Google, that means you have to be one of the 3 best SEO experts in the world (in fact, the #1).
Now, with skills like that you can very easily make millions and millions of bucks, without having to resort to posts like this on GFY. In a year you could make enough to never have to work again.
So why post here with a lame question about "what's it worth"?
The only reason for that could be that you don't know the worth, because you haven't done it yet.

Look.. when I do this for someone, anyone with half a brain is going to understand a lot more about what to do to get the rankings they desire. So forgive me if I'm willing to spill the beans for free.

In a couple three months I'll be working on positioning for our own projects - so I'll be happy to show any of the naysayers our rankings then.

Until then.. if my original post is of interest to you, let me know what site/company you operate, what keyword or phrase is of most interest to you (check out inventory dot overture dot com first to make sure that real live humans actually type in these keywords) and maybe we can work something out.

Like I said.. I would probably wind up leasing you access to the traffic from a domain that I setup to get top positions for your keyword rather than giving you control of the site with the positioning. Just works out better for everyone that way.

It is spam. Anyone with any brain can do some research. I did and now im getting over 30,000 webpages spidered as we speak. each page has unique <META> tags, title, description and content. Any coder could do this.
