Hmmm, someone should learn how to use shit like that site for viral marketing of their own... A CLUE A CLUE!!!

I don't promote NA anymore for this reason. To many of their stuff is posted for free. Last ratio was 0:5900 or something. I prefer to promote programs who protect their content or at least try to protect it.
Check out www.pornenmeer.nl this one gets 4000 uniques per hour to his blog because he's posting free paysite videos every day. From what I see the way to make money these days is to set up a blog, post long paysite videos (links to them) and have AFF as a sponsor. Huge traffic and I'm sure you will do fine with your AFF sales as well. This trend will not come to an end before some serious programs take the step to prosecute these site owners. The sooner the better as I am concerned. |

If your so unhappy about it, why don?t you try to sue all their users?

Or kneecap them ;) lol |
Steve, you might want to get a computer onto their network and start seeding it with junk... non-nude teasers, a sales pitch video... overwhelm them with large but fairly useless video.
Heck, you could even run a honeymoon video on there :) |

I think the damage has been done by Lar's so called friends. If I was him I would be pissed off that so many people have been quick to jump on the bandwaggon. another victim of GFY Kangeroo court justice. |
thanks for the tip Lord Aga, now i can download some free porn.
|
Thanks for giving hundreds of gfy surfers access to these free porn sites.
|
Lol. Check out some blogspot sites, and sites like spamfreexxx.com, yumatu.com and so forth, there's so much porn on rapidshare and sexuploader etc it's not even remotely funny.

You have been popping up for the last few days, purportedly as a seeker of truth and justice. Yet in every post you have ended up as an apologist for someone who was caught - not for the first time and not in a way at all inconsistent with how he has handled similar issues in the past - wearing a black hat. You have asked questions and made comments intended to cast doubt, not only on what people have seen, but when it comes right down to it, whether what Lars himself posted here points to any fault. However you have not attempted to suggest an explanation which would have him and the sponsors he represents emerge from this as innocent parties. And all your posts carry the language of propaganda. For example, I can't speak for anyone else, but I wasn't a friend of Lars before this happened and from my perspective I'm not an enemy now. The terms are irrelevant because they attempt to personalize what is purely a business issue. Come to that, the issue itself is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, because it is just a symptom of an industry which is slowly but surely growing up. You can no more prevent that process than my comments are likely to accelerate it. A few years from now Lars and his employers will have done an about face, sold out to someone who does operate professionally, or else their operations will just be a memory. Unless of course you believe that somehow online porn is unique and will not follow the path of every other industry to date. But in the meantime, I am curious to know why your attempts at balance all seem to come down on a side which would appear to conflict with the interests of anyone who is merely an affiliate. |

Certainly I didn't make the point as clearly as I could have done, so here is the long version. A lot of people seem to be looking at this as if it is a battle that is crucial for one side or the other to win. That may, although I doubt it, be true for some of the individuals involved, but from the longer-term perspective of the industry as a whole, this doesn't rate as more than a skirmish. Realistically it is also likely that the bad guys are going to win this one, but that too doesn't change the direction in which the industry is moving. It may be easier in metaphor. As kids grow up, they may suffer from acne or any of a whole raft of teenage torments. But regardless of whether their passage is easy or difficult, they all become adults according to a very similar timescale. The details of the process are therefore irrelevant to the outcome. Our industry is in the same position. Anything is theoretically possible, but there is nothing to suggest that online porn will prove to be unique. Therefore it will become a mature industry regardless of how it gets there or precisely how long it takes. The dramas en route may be interesting as they happen, but the details are ultimately neither here nor there. That was what my comment was intended to convey. |

I'm also glad you see that what I say is an "attempt at balance". Why shouldn't I disagree? If your criticism of me is that I don't follow the herd then you are out of luck. I will never apologize for that. You have already seen my posts about why, in this instance, I agree with Lars. I hope I don't need to reiterate my stance? I was going to go on - but nobody wants that (lol) - I have an opinion and it differs from yours. Don't see it as an "agenda", see it for what it is - a difference of opinion. In other words - argue the facts...not my motive. |
instead of trying to fight torrent sites why not spend the energy working with them to promote your own paysites

I am shocked to see AFF ads on a site like this. It is so unlike them. :-)
