I have a model, 18, a very nice girl who is new to the business. Not a "ho." "Toys, yes; boys, no" describes her limits. She got what she thought was a good gig with a site specializing in video of legal teens. Since that's what I do, she thought it would be much like working with me. NOT.

She knew she was going to be doing some masturbation with toys and some girl-girl. What she didn't know was that there would be a number of guys there who had nothing to do with the production. To make things worse, after she did what she was hired to do, the gawkers applauded, like they were at a show.

She thought that the video guys had brought some of their friends along to enjoy the the view, which upset her. What she didn't know is that this website routinely collects money from its members, without telling the models, for the privilege of observing the taping.

Since then, I've told her always to demand "a closed set" (nobody there who has nothing vital to do related to the production is present), and she shortly thereafter had a very positive experience with another, much more professional production company.

Now, I ask, what kind of spineless unethical snakes would invite an 18 year old girl to make an erotic video without telling her it was a recording of her live performance in front of a paying audience?

When she later found out what was really going on, she discovered why there was applause. The gawkers knew what she didn't: she was giving a live performance in addition to making a video.

Where does it say that you are expected to be a greedy underhanded dirtbag in order to be in the biz? I have noticed that a lot of webmasters also think that the model is a slut or whatever just because you is willing to do this. You guys that support this suck. Save your "exploited teen" crap for promoting your sites to the pervs. If you really think that is it "Cool" to fuck models over then GFY.

I have no problem with the guys letting their members sit in on the shoot but they should inform the model, make sure she is ok with it, and PAY her for that extra service.

The girl who unseen referred to has been in the biz for about a month. She in very non-confrontational. She is a student who has very little or no money and an extremely heavy workload that does not give her the time to get a 9 to 5 kinda job. Unseen and I are both very protective of her. Some girls are ok with being watched and others are not. THAT is called being an individual and we should all respect that instead of condemning her for it.

The guys that shot her are known for doing shit like this. They promise a minimum of $200 for a shoot and get the girls to think that it will be short and sweet. A few of my models have worked for them and they ALL told me that these guys NEVER pay more than $200, that they shoot everything on video, they usually ask for a lot more than they described on the phone, and an average shoot lasts 6 hours. $200 for a six hour girl/girl video shoot with friends and customers present? That is bullshit. What is next, have the customers pay to fuck the model on camera too? Sarcasm--->I bet all these whores would be into that! <---Sarcasm

As a content provider, I know I make money off naked girls but I do it professionally and honestly. If a girl seems uncomfortable for any reason, I stop the shoot and talk to her to make sure we are ok to proceed. I give her the option to respond to me instead of waiting until she has been pushed into a corner and has to defend herself.

I find it offensive that many of you support the behavior of the webmasters who do this kind of underhanded shit. For the first time, I am actually ashamed to be associated with you. I may be a smart ass most of the time but I do know where to draw a line. Asking for tickets has got to be one of the most fucked up , dickhead replies of all time. It basically boils down to this:

1. Serious lack of professionalism on the photographers part.

2. Serious lack of common sense and good judgement on the models part.

Result: Lots of money for the photographer and a model that leaves the studio feeling ripped off. Because she was. Nobody forced her to fuck a donkey. She did what was asked of her for the price quoted. And if she did anything more than that, then she's fuckin' stupid and should seriously consider either hiring an agent or getting out of the fuckin' biz and workin' at a counter in JC Pennys.

How could I have prevented this? I gave her enough info let her make her own decision. She chose poorly. I am not crying about how she got fucked. I am pissed that a few people think it is cool that she got fucked.

My point is that we need to respect a persons individual limits and be responsible enough to know when we may be pushing those limits. These women are the absolute backbone of the industry. Without them, with no gorgeous women that are willing to do the things that men everywhere want to see (and women), there would BE no adult industry, period. In light of that fact, these women need and deserve to be treated with some respect.

I allow no one to be present that isn't required to be present. If the model wants to "bring a friend along" for her own comfort, I make sure and ask her if she is going to mind posing with that person present. Otherwise it's just her and I and my assistant (If I require an assistant). It is a good idea to have one person other than the photog and the model to act as a witness, but the model's comfort is important. Anyone that thinks different is likely not seeing a lot of repeat business from their models. Mine call me constantly looking for more work, and it is largely because I treat them like people.

If the guys had said: "We will pay you $xxx for a live show with our members present" then none of this wouold have been an issue. She could have said yes or no.
