You'd be surprised the type of emails you get as a content producer. Most of them wanting content that has nothing to do with anything you've ever shot before.

I believe Paul on this one based on my own experiences with people probing for content.

i get people asking me for custom ebony and asian content, even if my site clearly says located in Czech Republic and is 99.8% full of eastern european girls :upsidedow

I hate that "What are you willing to pay for it?" bullshit. You are the content producer, tell him how much it will cost and if he agrees good and if not, oh well.

Every single time I even take 15 seconds to reply to someone looking for content, their budget never comes close to the cost it takes to actually produce it...let alone pay myself anything.

That's why I quit talking to dudes like these in 2003.

All this, and much.. much more :2 cents:

Content production and cost:

1) The models are now expecting much higher rates
2) The adult talent agents condone these outrageous rates
3) Too many programs pay the models way too much making it tougher for smaller and or up coming programs to hire and producer content.

Locations, misc expenses come into play as well which ad up real fast. If we stop paying the models $2,000 per shoot then maybe it will not be so damn hard to be able to produce content at a reasonable price for smaller programs.

Damian seems to know what inquiries content providers get. Is there no end to the man's vanity and egotistical thinking?

same here, when someone pulls that on me I walk away. Its your business, tell me how much and I will decide if its worth it to me. You know what you want for it so don't play games, do business.

Paul doens't know Jack shit about the industry. He's a photographer. That's like saying someone knows about cars because they change a flat tire. Anyone can take pictures.
