Yes you may.

Now here is what I'm gonna do this weekend....

I want all the geeky, nerdy, pussies that posted in this thread to check this out. It's gonna be crazy and wild:

I'm going to watch the season premiere of "Supernatural" at 9 p.m.

After that I'm gonna go out to Larry Flynts new HUSTLER club here in Vegas to check it out. I'm gonna have drinks and maybe get a lap dance or two. Afterwards I may stop out at FeelGoods (Vince Neils club) and watch a hair metal band until 2 or 3 a.m.

Tomorrow I'm going to get up and go to the Las Vegas Convention Center and walk around the Olympia Expo and check out health supplements.

Tomorrow night I'm gonna go out and have a few drinks at The Orleans and talk to some of the body building stars.

And THAT is the result of doing cocaine all my life. Looks like another "crash and burn" addicted "criminal".

Fucking ridiculous. I pay more in taxes than most people make. I contribute to the economy HUGE with all the stupid shit I've bought. I employ people. But you let the cops catch me with a little blow on a random Friday night?

All that is gone. And I'm now a criminal and in jail and not paying taxes and not spending money and not employing people.

But at least I'll make more money for the prison industry.

Did y'all know that the "Free" United States imprisons more of it's citizens than ANY country on Earth? More than "evil" Iraq. More than "evil" North Korea or "evil" China.

Nope the good ol' USA with it's "holier than thou" bullshit is NUMBER ONE in imprisoning it's citizens. Also we are NUMBER ONE in drug use. And also NUMBER ONE in consumption of pornography (thank God)

Are y'all starting to maybe understand what FREEDOM is supposed to mean? It don't mean that if a bunch of Poindexters don't like people that party it should be against the fucking law!

If you disagree with people doing drugs (like my God-fearing grandma did...while she was taking enough prescription drugs to stone an elephant) then just don't do them. You know...like it's been for THOUSANDS of years.

But to throw people like Lindsay Lohan in fucking jail and destroy her life for doing NOTHING wrong except getting high is goddamn lunacy in my humble opinion.

Jails should be when a person actually does a CRIME. If you steal...jail. If you kill....jail. Rape...jail.

All these drug laws amount to is FORCED funding of the multi-billion dollar prison industry. And folks...WE are the "product".

Robbie's so fucking on point it makes me want to do a rail.

LOL Yes Robbie, your hooker filled cocaine binge of a life is the envy of all of us nerds out there.

Good for you on being successful, that's really something to envy, but don't mistake your situation with the situation of the average drug user.

People don't need cocaine for any of those things to be fun. You might because you might be addicted but people are having just as much of a good time or even a better time without it.

Addiction is a weird thing, a point comes when you try to convince yourself that it isn't the drug that is in control it's you, so you start thinking up reasons why you need/want/won't be hurt by the drug. As that happens the addiction gets worse, and that self reasoning gets worse until it gets to a point where you're calling people nerds and pussies for not doing hard drugs. Really man? That's what defines someone in your life, whether they do hard drugs or not? That's sad, isn't it?

Think of that next time you take a line and it erodes at your nasal lining, then keep thinking of it as it speeds up your heart shortening your life span. But what do you care, I'm sure you've come up with a million and one things that go through your head that rationalize doing the coke in spite of the health benefits.

I'm not saying don't do coke (that's your choice) but don't front like cocaine is not a bad thing. It is. It's addictive and ruins many, many, lives. It can kill you from taking too much. And it should be illegal or at the very least controlled, for the good of the average person.

You're right about a person who is an ADDICT. 100% of the time they are also alcohol addicts, cigarette addicts and addicted to anything and everything they touch.

Also...they are ALREADY getting addicted and already doing all those things even though drugs are "illegal".

How about this...WHEN they actually break into someone's house, THEN we arrest them for burglary. You know, a REAL crime.

Whether drugs are illegal or not does not stop anybody from doing them. The only thing it does is make drug dealers rich because it drives up the price.
IF it was legal...the price would decrease twentyfold.

Maybe that fraction of 1 percent of people who are drug addicts wouldn't have to do crazy shit to get their fix if it were cheap.

One things for sure...the United States is NUMBER ONE in drug consumption.

WE LIKE IT. And nobody and no law is ever going to stop people from doing what they want.

I loved the line from the first episode of "Boardwalk Empire" on HBO. Prohibition had just started and the crime boss raises his glass and toasted: "To those beautiful ignorant bastards in Washington D.C." because they had just made him wealthy by driving up the price of alcohol twenty fold. And of course....violence and crime followed because of all that money at stake.

Sound familiar?
You make some very strong points. I have no idea what the number of drug users VS those who crash and burn and end up in the system are, but like you say I would guess it is pretty small. It can't be any larger than the number people who crash and burn from booze.

In the end I have to agree with you. We should wait for people to commit actual crimes against other people and then deal with them. I would imagine with the sheer amount of money we save in the war on drugs we could afford to spend some on those who do fall through the cracks and crash and burn.

blah-blah-blah uninformed thoughts on people partying from watching "just say no" commercials funded by the U.S. govt. who themselves sell cocaine through the CIA to fund wars blah-blah-blah
Dude, please try to keep up. My point is my life is NORMAL. And kind of boring. And every once in a great while (it's been a couple of months since I did a line for instance) I might party one night.

I would never tell you how to run your life. Even if I think that guys with that attitude are nerds and in high school I would have beat you up for your lunch money...lol (just kiddin')

The govt. is overstepping themselves in my opinion. It's not anybodies business what a person does.

And they are making drug lords filthy rich and causing major violence because the law is driving the drug prices through the roof. This is big, big business we're talking. People are dying and LOTS of folks just having fun are having their lives ruined by the law.

And yes...there are a TINY fraction...MUCH MUCH smaller than the people addicted to alcohol...who have a predisposition to become addicted to drugs.

And they are DOING IT NOW. Even with it illegal.

I know that me babbling and ranting on here isn't gonna change anything. The drug dealers DON'T want it legalized because it puts them out of business. The govt. doesn't want it legalized because there is too much money in the prison industry and too many DEA agents who would be out of work.

The only real losers are you and me. Yeah, you too. Our govt. has spent hundreds and hundreds of BILLIONS of tax dollars on Richard Nixon's "War On Drugs" since the early 1970's. All in the name of controlling people.

That's all I'm saying here. If I can convince even ONE person reading this to think about what I'm saying and come to the same conclusions as me...then we are one step closer to regaining some personal freedom in this country.

Just because you bitch and moan constantly (probably hyped out on a line or two) doesn't make you right fucker. Statistics? Give me a fucking break! Like you were there to see the consequence of all those doctors, lawyers, blah, blah, blah doping themselves to bits. Fuck off already

I've done it all already man, it's not like I've never done anything. I've done all the drugs from A-Z and a lot of the time half the alphabet together. But from personal experience and from logic I draw my conclusions, not the experiences of a rock star turned pornographer and not some commercial.

You should really get off the caffeine there tough guy. Try cocaine, it might mellow you down and keep your mouth from writing checks that your ass definitely can not cash with me.

So if a guy like me has MORE experience and has seen more than you have...then you just disregard what I'm saying and go with the pro-prison industry line and agree with imprisoning more citizens than any country on the face of the Earth ever has?
Okay bro!

Just don't expect me to go along with the opinion of some nickname on a message board who MIGHT be a pornagrapher (How should I know what you are?)
Just sayin'....that smart ass logic cuts BOTH ways my friend. Your thoughts and opinions may or may not be formed from actual experience. I'm gonna go with "not" because I HAVE been around and I am experienced (as Jimi once sang). And you sound like you're spouting the govt. line to me.

Why don't you do this: Google up how many people DIE every year alcohol related. Then google up how many from prescription drugs. Then how many die from the violence that happens because drug gangs are making so much money. And THEN how many actually die from overdose of recreational drugs. And let's leave the hard shit out. I'm talking cocaine and pot. Just like Miss Lohan was doing. And just like MILLIONS of Americans do.

Then come back and post those numbers and then justify our freedom to do as we please being taken from us so you and a bunch of old men in Washington can feel good about yourselves (except those old men in Washington are profiting from it and using you like a puppet)

I'm sure somehow you know the stats better than the hospitals and law enforcement around the world. I'm done arguing this: cocaine is bad, it should be illegal and I'm glad that the vast majority of people are with me on that one. The people out at bars having a good time aren't the ones stealing for their coke, those ones kind of disappear before ending up dead or in jail.

Weed - ok legalize it - no risk of dying from taking too much, no physical addiction.

Cocaine though? No way.

One last thing before I go though, check out this article:

I watched that episode and thought the same thing. Do you see a pattern here with history repeating itself?

Can't believe Lindsay's already out..that sets a great precedent

Dude, are you serious? 235 people died from coke. Meaning they had a pre-existing heart condition that they didn't know about. Got too sped up (could have done the same thing by drinking a shit ton of coffee) and had heart attacks.

Really? 235 deaths?

More people die every year slipping and falling in their goddamn bathtub!
"The National Safety Council reported that 345 people of all ages died in bathtubs in 1989, 364 in 1988, and 348 in 1987. "

So should taking a bath become illegal.

Wake the fuck up! Cocaine is STILL debated amongst scientists as to whether it's addictive or not. The concensus WAS that is is not...until the U.S. govt. in the 1990's got their own "experts" to say it was. But there is not agreement about that. I'm talking REAL powder cocaine. Not crack cocaine...which is mostly household cleaning products.

So let's recap: More people die every year from slipping in their bathtub than the few people who had heart conditions and did coke. HUNDRED OF MILLIONS of people around the world do cocaine recreationally and never become "addicted".
But since you just don't want to let other people live their lives without you interfering in it...then it should be illegal and a young movie star should get arrested.

You sound like some kind of goddamn communist to me. This is AMERICA. It is supposed to be FREE.

By the way...Ben Franklin, one of our founding fathers, when he partied...he had two things he liked. He liked to go to Paris and fuck French prostitutes. And he loved cocaine.

The Sherlock Holmes character...in the original books did cocaine. Which kinda implies that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle did too.

Many of the most prolific artists, musicians, and writers did and do cocaine.

In Peru, the peasants there eat the coca leaves to stop from being hungry and to give them energy.

And hey...by the way: 7600 PEOPLE DIE OF ASPIRIN OVERDOSE EVERY YEAR. Bet ya didn't know that either. Goddamn I can't believe how our society has been conditioned like a bunch of fucking sheep by the government.

EDIT: By the way...you said in your post that people "steal for their coke"
BULLSHIT. Cocaine is an upper class drug. People that snort cocaine have MONEY. You are talking about CRACK which really isn't cocaine at all. It's a mixture of fucking Ajax and Windex and Comet and other household cleaning products. I think the govt. called it crack "cocaine" to try and demonize cocaine. Because it is NOTHING like real cocaine. Cocaine is a powder that gives you energy. Crack is a hard rock that you smoke and is highly addictive and completely unnatural.

EIDT NUMBER TWO: I just want to ease you mind. Last night I went to Larry Flynts new Hustler Club here in Vegas. After that we met up with Rebecca Love and went to the Blue Martini. Then around 3 a.m. we headed over to XCess at Steve Wynn's Encore where we had a VIP table. Partied until 5 a.m.
NO cocaine was consumed. No recreational drugs of any kind were consumed. But we did do massive quantities of the two drugs that kill more people than all the rest combined....Nicotine and alcohol.
So I hope that eases your worried mind that at least one U.S. citizen wasn't breaking your holier than thou moral codes

MILLIONS of people do recreational drugs with nothing bad happening. A tiny, tiny fraction of people are drug ADDICTS. They are born with a predisposition to addiction. It doesn't matter if it's drinking, smoking, recreational drugs, or prescription drugs...the small percentage of folks with that physiology are going to get addicted to something no matter what. I have a brother who is like that.

But to punish the overwhelming majority of people who can and DO get high without being "addicts" or whatever worst case scenarios you can find is total BULLSHIT.

FAR more people are addicted to alcohol and even worse PRESCRIPTION drugs than recreational drugs.

And for the record...I have toured all over this country in my bands, lived in "coke central" Miami during the 1980's, and even toured Peru (best coke I've ever done) in 1984.

Out of millions of people I partied with over the last 30 years all over this country, I never met even ONE person who was addicted to powder cocaine.

Crack cocaine? Yep. Meth? Yep.

Powder cocaine. Not one.

Are there any? I've read that. But never saw it.

Saw thousands and thousands of alcoholics. Many who COMPLETELY destroyed their lives.

Do I think alcohol should be "illegal"? FUCK NO. It's none of my goddamn business if a person destroys themselves. Hell, we couldn't be winners in life if it weren't for losers.
Narrow minded, dude, you know nothing about me.

First off, even though my sister died, I am actually in favor of legalizing drugs. Hell the tax revenue would make it so income taxes are no longer necessary.

I was simply pointing out the weakness in your argument, you cannot possibly say that someone getting busted for possession, (which about 100 times out of 99 results in a slap on the wrist) is the worst thing that can happen to a drug user.

As for powder cocaine addicts, well, one is typing this post, been there done that, got the tee shirt. (Clean and sober 14 years)

Like so many that are passionate about an issue you choose not to acknowledge the hundreds of valid points that oppose your personal view.

Every day people choose to spend $$ on drugs rather than on child support, or food. Sure there are many recreational drug users that deal with life just fine, good for them. Most do it in the privacy of their own homes, and no one knows the difference.

But for every one of those, there are 10 out of control loonies that would rip off their own mother for a fix.

My point is still Valid, LL basically told the court to fuck off, and is getting a bit of what she deserves.

First off...YOU called ME narrow minded in your initial post. I merely turned that around on you. Jesus fuck man...pay attention to what you are saying. If you are going to get all sensitive about people making assumptions about someone they don't know...then why the hell did you do it to me first? lol

And I have a new found respect of Lohan as of today. Up until now I thought: "She's just a bit of a pussy. And people are treating her like dirt because she's a girl."

I couldn't understand why SHE and Brittany Spears and Paris Hilton catch hell for partying while MALE rockstars like Jimmy Page, Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Steven Tyler, and the list goes on were idolized for doing MUCH MUCH more drugs and crazy shit.

Until today...this morning on the news a female "reporter" on CNN was discussing Lohan and of course instead of just reporting she was spewing her opinion. And she thinks that Lohan should go to jail...of course. And one of the reasons is because Lohan painted "F-U-C-K Y-O-U" on her nails in court and held her hands up so she could make sure the judge saw it!!!! LOL!

Now THAT would make Keith Richards proud! Fuck yeah!

Sorry, but I grew up questioning authority not sucking up to it. And that took some serious balls and showed some fucking fire!

As for powder cocaine addicts, well, one is typing this post, been there done that, got the tee shirt. (Clean and sober 14 years)

1st point... Ever hear of the "3 strikes" law? That ain't no slap on the wrist and it takes away the judge's ability to use common sense in sentencing.

As for being a cocaine "addict". Whatever man. Maybe you were psychologically addicted. But physically addicted to powder cocaine? You would be the first person I've ever met who pulled that off. And not freebasing? Just snorting a line? You somehow got "addicted"? I guess it's possible....I know people who are seriously addicted to Dristan nasal spray too.

And the last two paragraphs I quoted of you: Replace "drugs" with "alcohol" or "gambling" and you get the same b.s.

I'm for FREEDOM. Not the govt. or YOU telling me what I can do with my own body.

That was a good expo. I now have enough supplements to last me 12 months.

Anyone caught under 3 strikes is 99% sure not to be a "recreational user" Hell I was a DAILY user for 12 years and never got caught.

Psychological addiction is no less an addiction. And I am actually completely on the side of government staying out of peoples lives, UP TO the point it affects others.

I *think* it is a wiccan saying, Do as you will, so long as you harm no other.

Also agree on alcohol, gambling, etc. And those are all arguments for government interference in our lives.

What if I want to torture and kill others with MY body, is that OK ?

Civilized society has rules, anarchy does not work.

WTF?!??! You're just fucking with me now right?

Your first sentence is ridiculous. Why wouldn't someone getting in trouble 3 times not be a recreational user? That's 3 times over the course of your life. Wow.

And your sentence about torturing and killing someone with your body? Dude...are you SURE you are not on drugs?

Holy fuck!
