As for being a cocaine "addict". Whatever man. Maybe you were psychologically addicted. But physically addicted to powder cocaine? You would be the first person I've ever met who pulled that off. And not freebasing? Just snorting a line? You somehow got "addicted"? I guess it's possible....I know people who are seriously addicted to Dristan nasal spray too.
And the last two paragraphs I quoted of you: Replace "drugs" with "alcohol" or "gambling" and you get the same b.s.
I'm for FREEDOM. Not the govt. or YOU telling me what I can do with my own body.

Anyone caught under 3 strikes is 99% sure not to be a "recreational user" Hell I was a DAILY user for 12 years and never got caught.
Psychological addiction is no less an addiction. And I am actually completely on the side of government staying out of peoples lives, UP TO the point it affects others.
I *think* it is a wiccan saying, Do as you will, so long as you harm no other.
Also agree on alcohol, gambling, etc. And those are all arguments for government interference in our lives.
What if I want to torture and kill others with MY body, is that OK ?
Civilized society has rules, anarchy does not work.
