In addition to your workout regime, I am guessing you also balance out your calories & diet.

Do you simply watch what you eat when you dine, or did you start learning to cook so you could make yourself some healthier meals, and better balanced diet? So that way you are working both your calorie intake, maximizing your energy/protein, and intake?

While I have not read all your posted on health. I am guessing you hit it from both angles to maximize your results.

I think minus the cake.

I know that WarChild is really committed to his work out routine and health. So he is a good authority for these questions, hence the thread. I was just wondering... with all the processed food, and other b.s. we see today in the food supply, if some of the health conscious (like WarChild) also have started cooking, or learning to cook, all healthy meals.

Some have said all the exercise in the world will not be truly effective unless you also deal with your diet. Which includes not only curbing the sugar and processed foods, but also making sure you eat high protein and other things for your energy levels.

Agreed.

You have to be some what in shape or have some kind of endurance, especially cardio, to deal with a lot of those exercises. At least judging by the routines that you are switching up, and the duration.

No one would understand why you follow people around on multiple message boards trolling them either. As most people have better things to do with their time.

That said, no one is sucking up to WC. He does a lot of weight training, and knows a lot about nutrition and those types of things. He has repeatedly demonstrated that over the years.

WarChild does not need to like me, or me him, for me to ask him a question about health and nutrition to which he is knowledgeable. I do not like Choker on a personal level, but if I had a serious traffic related question I would still ask him. I could say the same for many others I do not see eye to eye with on a personal, or professional level.

Just because I do not like some stranger on a message board, does not mean I can't ask them a question based on their own experience and expertise. It sounds like you really just need to grow up man, and get seek help for you OCD and cyber stalking.
