In addition to your workout regime, I am guessing you also balance out your calories & diet.
Do you simply watch what you eat when you dine, or did you start learning to cook so you could make yourself some healthier meals, and better balanced diet? So that way you are working both your calorie intake, maximizing your energy/protein, and intake?
While I have not read all your posted on health. I am guessing you hit it from both angles to maximize your results.
