I know that WarChild is really committed to his work out routine and health. So he is a good authority for these questions, hence the thread. I was just wondering... with all the processed food, and other b.s. we see today in the food supply, if some of the health conscious (like WarChild) also have started cooking, or learning to cook, all healthy meals.
Some have said all the exercise in the world will not be truly effective unless you also deal with your diet. Which includes not only curbing the sugar and processed foods, but also making sure you eat high protein and other things for your energy levels.
