Only if they add an obscenity count to the charges against him. There's no community standards component to the charges he currently faces, so far as I'm aware.

If you mean that he will be made an example in the sense of "careful where you do business" and not an example in the sense of a legal ruling, that's another story.... but in terms of an application of community standards to the case/charges, I don't think there's any prospect for that taking place unless they add a charge to which community standards are somehow relevant/applicable.

I hate how one-sided this has become.

What if he did knowingly do it? Wouldn't we want that kind of person out of our industry even if it brings undue attention? Yes, it sucks, but if HE did this to the industry then HE needs to be held accountable.

Rather than wishing D good luck, I'll just say that I hope the absolute truth comes to light, no matter what it may be. I would only wish luck to someone I know is innocent.

His past and well-documented actions do not leave him standing in the best light. He has always liked to push the envelope.

yea but no producer pushes the age envelope. there's no point. plenty of 20 year old hoes look 16 and no one wants to go to jail.

It isn't a lying model....its whoever wrote to the authorities and posted all that inflammatory stuff on web boards that will bring him down if that is what happens. I think it has gone way beyond the model issue at this point.

That's up to a court to decide. I'm just pointing out that a fake ID is not grounds for dismissal. In fact, in most busts of liquor stores, the cops give the decoy someone else's real ID. The law is 18 years of age and it is up to the business to make sure the person is of that age.

As for the contract, if she was not 18 years old, it's not likely that it would actually be a legal contract. There are few exceptions when it comes to contracts with minors, and those don't include shooting a porn video (mostly relate to school loans).
