If you mean that he will be made an example in the sense of "careful where you do business" and not an example in the sense of a legal ruling, that's another story.... but in terms of an application of community standards to the case/charges, I don't think there's any prospect for that taking place unless they add a charge to which community standards are somehow relevant/applicable.

i believe that they will add an obscenity charge after they realize they have no cp case against him if thats the way it plays out...
they are going to get him for something, i can guarantee you that....
