What if its a real id then? Where the person in the id looks very much the same as the person presenting it? And even brings 2 id's say state and college id or something to that effect. Even social security cards etc. Yet its not that person, but outside of fingerprints you'd have no way to say for sure its that person. You can't just say someone is easily fooled by a "fake" id. I think if the shooter did their due dilligence and the id still appeared to be theirs then its fraud on the part of the model. Also I wonder if the fact that she should of signed a model release which is a binding contract also should be looked at also as further fraud since if she signed the name of someone that wasn't herself she is further committing fraud by impersonating someone while signing a legal contract.
