Only if they add an obscenity count to the charges against him. There's no community standards component to the charges he currently faces, so far as I'm aware.
If you mean that he will be made an example in the sense of "careful where you do business" and not an example in the sense of a legal ruling, that's another story.... but in terms of an application of community standards to the case/charges, I don't think there's any prospect for that taking place unless they add a charge to which community standards are somehow relevant/applicable.
