I find it seriously hard to believe that Brad or anyone at SIC Cash said the check was sent. From what I can gather, they said they would send checks, but that was BEFORE they realized this guy was lying and breaking their TOS.

Miguel i'm with You, why they didn't tell You that You support them with SU's, when after all they don't want to pay ...

if they would be serious they could solve it with You somehow anyway it dosn't sound like serious sponsor for me , first traffic then bullshit,

that's no good approach to a problem from their side, and i think better will be not use them just in case

i think you need to take a look on your TOS and make it more flexible.. you may add "if you are from these countries send us your URL's to rewiev your job blabla" btw everyone gets happy..

Well thats what you get when you use one of those pay per signup programs. When they shave 70% of your signups and their still losing money of course they will bounce you for a violation of their TOS. If it was a rev share program they would be sending your checks even if it was to a prison in russia.

Hell NO...that keeps it flexible for them. That way if your still beating them after they shaved you to the fucking bone then can use some bullshit in that TOS to cut you loose

FYI, we have a firm list of countries we do not accept traffic from. It became impossible logistical nightmare to make exceptions with the voulme of checks that we send out.

The truth is I broke TOS of siccash.com. I think TOS aren't fair for honest webmasters from banned countries like me. I hope I will see new TOS is future or any chance for webmasters from banned countries.... CEN allow me sign-up their program after they saw my sites and verify me by other sponsors... I hope Brad can think about this .... and not only siccash.com but 80% of all sponsors with "blacklist"!
