beat his ass

Fletch XXX 09-03-2009 09:21 AM

I bet the article would have been written different had the parent with the child at the time been a man, somehow I doubt the old man wouldve even done it had it been a nice stocky male ready to punch his ass...

news is good readin though

nation-x 09-03-2009 09:32 AM

They would have been arresting me for Aggravated Assault

I don't need a radioactive spider.....I would put some niggarate on him.

However, the woman should shut her kid the fuck up.....She said that the dude told her to shut her up but she didn't.....Oh well.

For those without spider powers: Its walmart. Grab a monkey wrench from the tool aisle. headshot BOOM.

Quite invigorating actually.

Were you screaming before you slap chopped yourself? Then good! DO it again, but with a frying pan next time... if you think a hand is invigorating... a frying pan is divine! :2 cents:

JP-pornshooter 09-03-2009 10:13 AM

hey folks... this was at walmart.
i dont go to walmart for this very reason, freaky peeps all over the place.

1. a 2 yo kid cries for reason, mother should attend to this asap.
2. no one, not even parents should hit a 2 yo kid for crying.

split_joel 09-03-2009 10:15 AM

That parent has no reason to be outranged because that parent is not a good parent. I feel bad for the child that it got hit and is being raised by such a lazy POS. Crying non stop in public, ugh.

i just said this to someone on iCQ...

this is absolutely true. i started training very hard. 3-4hrs a day, 5-6 days a week in Go Ju Ryu. i wanted to be Bruce Lee. i wanted to have the fastest guys come up to me and throw everything they had and be able to block it.... just like in a movie.

i got to that point. in fact, my biggest problem became that i was too comfortable with defense (which obviously won't win a fight)

the whole time i felt weird.

like something was wrong.

i became increasingly aware that someone was very wrong. felt wrong. i couldn't put my finger on it.

i was sparring with my friend who was a second degree black belt and won countless tournaments at full speed and power and he was coming at me with everything and i was calmly blocking everything he had with soft deflections (hence the "hard/soft" = "go/ju")

i realized at that moment that the reason i was calmly deflecting everything was that i had no real fear that he was going to actually connect and knock me out.

i realized at that moment what a huge, false sense of security i had and began to understand that it wasn't just kung fu and all the goofy shit that was mostly fake... but that as you said... anything that doesn't train with live full speed and full contact is basically fake.

thats why i got away from Shotokan and Go Ju and got into boxing and kick boxing. you know where you stand. you fuck up... you get stung hard. you get knocked out. you get used to hitting and getting hit. you get used to people jumping right up in your face and trying to knock you out. you don't get that with any other martial arts.

... and this guy above... who's going to use his "wrestling" because he doesn't believe in fighting.. uhm... yeah. seen many of those come and go. they are always the first pussies to quietly sulk out of the gym when things get real and someone actually hits them or when things don't go according to plan as happens with actual fights.

i'm always amazed that idiots can train to fight.. but then never fight or claim to be against fighting. or better yet go the kung fu route and start talking about how their techniques are just too dangerous for tournaments or whatever.

My ears are too deadly to listen to this bullshit!

Kids cry it happens. Even with a parent doing their best to calm them they cry sometimes. I agree that most parents don't do enough when their child is crying or being fussy. But no one else on the planet has the right to lay a finger on another persons child without that parents permission period. Yes the mother probably should of taken the child out of the store, but without knowing the circumstances, or why the child was crying everyone is just guessing. I've done a lot of 14 hour flights with my kids and even with extremely well behaved kids they can start to cry. You just do what you can do to calm them, sometimes they just have to cry it out. There is no switch to turn off a childs crying sometimes. The child could of been getting sick or any number of reasons and the lady was just trying to hurry up and finish her shopping and get the child home. Nothing is black in white in this story.

it's actually called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD. Don't ask me how i know :ak47:

oh, related to that, threats back and forth, calling someone you don't know weak, or cowardly, are not fun thoughts. this is to all the folks who are quick to say someone else is incapable (compared to themselves in some instances).
if anyone wants to say someone else is a pussy, well man up and go tell them to their face, we don't need to hear it. I don't blame people for replying to that insult, but it does feed the trolls.

Twistys Tim 09-03-2009 11:58 AM

I was at the mall a while ago with my son (who was walking in front of me) and this kid come running out of nowhere and pushing my son over quite hard. The other kid then just ran away. I picked my son up who was crying but not hurt, and went after the other kid who looked about 15 or 16 and was quite large. When I caught up with him, the kid was screaming and going haywire and what I guess was his granddad was restraining him. The older guy apologized bigtime, and said the boy is autistic and that he had got away from him and just acts crazy sometimes. I told the old guy to keep the kid under control, or someone will beat the living shit out of him one day for doing what he did -- and then left it at that. I figured the old guy's life is pretty much fucked looking after this kid, and me going ballistic or getting violent would serve no purpose. However -- if someone came up to my son and hit him as described is the news article, regardless of what my son was doing, I think I would owe them some form of violent reaction :2 cents:

todhunter 09-03-2009 12:02 PM

What would I do?

Probably three-to-five for manslaughter.

I'm guessing the guy was drunk or mentally unbalanced. I wonder if he would have pulled the same shit if the child had been with his father?

TubeTitans_SusieQ 09-03-2009 12:29 PM

I could have swore the AOL site had an image of a black man as the guy slapping the kid, I would have killed him.

RadicalSights 09-03-2009 12:30 PM

hahahah I saw this on the News

Cyandin 09-03-2009 12:31 PM

There is no person on Earth I'm more protective over than my 17 month old son. If some poor soul had a lapse of sanity large enough to entice them ever lay a hand on him, I guarantee that man would be in a world of hurt instantaneously.

This is not a "ooh, look at how macho I can sound post" by any means, unlike some others in this thread. I'm not a match for a well trained martial artist - but then again no martial artist that really has a grasp on what their discipline is about would ever do something like that to someone else's child.

haha, exactly

If the kids had been with their father, that crusty old fuck wouldn't have said or done shit....but because it was a woman with her child, he felt like a big man slapping a 2 year old...

everyone of you idiots that talk about all this pain you'd inflict on this guy....yeah, lovely...he slaps your kid, you injure/maim/kill this douche and then YOU go to jail and your kid now gets to have one less parent in their life for the next couple years...

it is funny that a thread about an old fart going off on a toddler has sparked all of the keyboard warriors to come out and want to fight each other...I swear, if I ever go to another convention, I'll just take a shitload of foam keyboards and let you pussies duke it out with each other...

bloggerz 09-03-2009 12:41 PM

The worst one is the keyboard warriors that accuse others of being pussies lol. And talk extensively about their "training". Its the ones that don't talk about their background and training I would be more worried about.

well handled. i'm glad you were lucky enough to have bumped into the grandparent before beating down the retard. Or you would have ended up in jail, which isn't right.
On the other hand, the grandparent shouldn't take the retard out in public if he will hurt other kids, but messed up legal system where you would get the blame. :upsidedow

I actually was looking into foam keyboards as a giveaway at a show a couple years ago...would have went with the foam rubber boobs that Cybererotica used to give away...

I get the feeling that a lot of you haven't spent much time around 2 year olds. There's no reasoning or bargaining with a crying toddler. No, you shouldn't let your kid scream at the store. I don't have kids, don't like them, don't want them, and I'm just as annoyed as the next person when it happens. But the bottom line is that you don't put your hands on a random kid.

Tom_PM 09-03-2009 01:04 PM

omg Sykk, keyboard warrior deathmatches for the win!

Hot damn that'd be kickass.

Denaz 09-03-2009 01:06 PM

lmao i heard about this. It's pretty funny, who in their right mind bitch slaps a baby to quiet it? if anything he made it cry louder. HE ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

I have a 2 year old neice and man, she can be happy and smiling one second and then get told "no" or not get her way etc, and she is crying as if someone just stole her candy from her hand!

emotional little things those 2 year olds... :1orglaugh

i cant imagine a grown man slapping her 4 times across the face though,

Elli 09-03-2009 02:44 PM

He's a grump and had no right to hit someone else's kid. However, that said...

back in "the day", a kid's friend's parent could spank a kid and send him home if he was misbehaving and it was understood that everyone was working together and on the same page. Maybe he misses those days. I'm sure a lot of people do ;)

Jet - BANNED FOR LIFE 09-03-2009 02:47 PM

VeriSexy 09-03-2009 07:49 PM
