This is a tough one, I had to take it slow at first and lets face it I'm still slow at it. It takes awhile. Good luck!

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into
our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health
and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do
more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Just came from from judo/jiu-jitsu class. Feel wide awake. Gonna do a few shots of vodka and wash it down with some Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. I am also cooking some beans and chicken breast in a kettle in low heat.

My wife's grandad is 92. He retired at 55, and has been sedentary since then. He moves slower than a corpse, and is frail as a rotting twig.

His brother is 90, and worked up until 2 years ago. He plays softball(old timers league) and has a handshake like a fucking steel trap. He's also single and is a pimp with the old ladies.

That's the lesson for today.
