Help me fuck with a Nigerian scammer

I need some entertainment, and got this in my email:

Dear Thomas,
Goodday how are you,i know that my message will come to you as a surprise since i don't know you in person or met you before but i beleive that you will be obliged to come to my assistance after hearing about my ugly situation.

I am Mel Aisha Fatima,the only child and daughter of Late Mr and Mrs Mel George Kante.

My father was a very wealthy cocoa merchant based in Abidjan,the economic capital of Ivory Coast before he was poisoned to death by his business associates on one of their outings to discuss on his daily business matters.

I never knew my mother but my father told me she died a year after i was given birth to,i was trained and brought up by my father and for this reason my father took me so special.

Before the death of my father on the 29th November 2007 in a private hospital here in Abidjan,he secretly called me on his bed side and told me that he has a sum of Us$7,200,000(Seven million Two hundred thousand United State Dollars)left in a fixed deposit account in a bank here in Abidjan.

And that he used my name as his only daughter and child for the next of kin in the deposit of the fund.

He also explained to me that it was because of his wealth that he was poisoned by his business associates.

Also he told me to seek for a foreign partner in a country of my choice where i will transfer this money to and use it for investments purposes such as: Real Estate Management.

I am honourably seeking your assistant in the following ways:

1) To provide a bank account where this money would be transfered to.

2) To serve as the guardian of this fund since i am a little girl of 20 years old.

3)To make arrangement for me to come over to your country after the money has been transfered.

Further more am willing to offer you 25% of the total money as long as you can assist me soonest, I also mapped out 5% for any of your little expenses that may incure during the cause of this transaction.

I hope this business will be private and confidential and i give thanks immensely for your co-operation as I look forward to hear from you soon.

I had a 2 month back and forth with them, it was a blast !. Here are the basic steps...


1. Respond and tell them you CANT BELIEVE this is happening to you. Ask for instructions

2. They will send documents to fill out. Reply and tell them you'll send them right back....but do nothing.

3. They will hit you up asking where everything is. Tell them that your friend said that it might be an Internet scam , so you are a bit scared....even though you know in your heart its for real. Ask him to send a picture of himself, he will.

4. Once you receive the pic, tell him the docs are on the way. Do nothing.

5. Keep asking for more and more insane pics to prove hes real. Holding up 3 fingers....standing next to a dog etc.


Ive done it a few times...some will go farther then others, but I must say...in a weird way, I strted to look forward to the emails and the pics.

Well, they're very hard to stop. After all, it's not just a single organization, but numerous individual scammers from a host of different countries.

That's why we should all do our part and waste the scammers' time and resources. Because the more time they lose on people just fucking with them, the less they have left to scam others

- offer scammer supposedly shady work with high payouts
- send him some software which appears to generate/check credit card numbers, which he has to write down
- actual numbers are randomly generated and obviously invalid
- software contains trojan :3

I can understand your frustration, however the paperwork which you attached to me is not our official paperwork, and we are able to prove it.

We cannot contact Mr. Thomas Cook simply because we have no idea where he is. Again we have not had any contact with Mr. Cook for over 4 months now, and he no longer has any associations with our company.

Regarding the paperwork you attached; We do not have pictures of pirates on our letterheads, and also the VAT number is completely incorrect. Added to that there is no contact address, no contact email address, no contact telephone number, no contact fax number, and also the name of the board members are fake. Am the director of this company. My name should appear on an official agreement form, yet it does not appear on your copy. You sound like an intelligent man, do you think that a real agreement form should be missing such important information?

All the names of the board members are fake. They are actually related to "pirate" names. Let me explain:

1. Mr. Jim Lad
"Jim Lad" is a character in the famous pirate book, "Treasure Island". It is not a real name.

2. Mrs. C. Worthy
Obviously, this is a joke name, meant to sound like "Sea Worthy", describing a ship that is safe to use in the Sea.

3. Mr Valk De Planc
Again, this is a joke name. It is supposed to sound like the pirate phrase, "walk the plank".

4. Mr. Aye Patch
Once more, another joke name, made to sound like the "Eye Patch" that pirates sometimes wear.

As you can see, all those names are related to pirates and the sea.

I am sorry that you have obviously been the victim of a scam, however my company cannot be held responsible for the fact that you have not taken precautions or done your research. Please do feel free to report the offence to your local law enforcement. I wish you luck.
