I use a regular razor. I forget the name, but those ones with the green grip handles always worked good. The secret is to shave your face, back, or someone else with them a few times so it dulls down the blades.

I'd only use electric to trim the stuff back. Electric can do a worse number on the scrotum than a blade (it's like trying to shave silk). For seriously shaving, I'm with bosssku69.

A slightly used shick slimtwin (the green handled ones) should do the trick with one caveat, sterilize it in alcohol first and wash off the alcohol. Bacteria from your face is nastier and more infectious than bacteria down below (it's amazing what you learn as a cross-dresser ;-) Avoid single blade razors.

The best advice is go slow, be careful, and have plenty of soap nearby. :-)

Use a Mach 3 - or something with the slick 3 or 4 blade technology. Use decent shaving cream and go at it accordingly. Cuts may happen if you don't do it often enough, so do it regularly and you should be pretty immune to cuts assuming you don't have shaky hands, lol.

*edit* and trimmers and shavers can be brutal if you hit the skin hard enough, lol.

Use a serrated blade, hold it directly perpendicular to the skin, and drag it as hard as you can. Make sure it's old and rusty too...ones found in dumpsters are best. If you incidently scratch or cut yourself, throw some salt on it to make it feel better.

I do my husbands periodically and use a trimmer first and then use a blade. It seems to work out pretty good and no nicks or cuts.
