Use a Mach 3 - or something with the slick 3 or 4 blade technology. Use decent shaving cream and go at it accordingly. Cuts may happen if you don't do it often enough, so do it regularly and you should be pretty immune to cuts assuming you don't have shaky hands, lol.

*edit* and trimmers and shavers can be brutal if you hit the skin hard enough, lol.
