Folks still using Ibill...
Our clients using Ibill have been noticing a strange problem since we integrated with them and I was wondering if anyone else might be having the same issue.
After a transaction, we're refreshing the subscriber back to waypay.com via a meta refresh on the good and bad page at Ibill. (Since they don't support an approval and decline URL) From time to time a transaction that approves never makes it back to us, leading us to believe that the subscriber never got the webgood page. The sites in question don't get a huge amount of traffic and they still get one or two of these per week. So I'm assuming that bigger sites must also be getting alot of these. Is anyone else seeing a problem like this? BTW, this NEVER happens with ccbill, epoch, or probilling. At least not yet. ![]() And Hind, everyone know, you don't have to say "ibill is caca." Kenny

I have this problem for 1-2 subscriptions of a total 10-15 in a day. I'm desperately waiting for a fix.

![]() This kind of behaviour generally happens when they also don't know what to do or their tech men trying to fix it. I'm working with them since they were 2-3 employes, I believe they fix it. They are the most reliable (about money on time) processor, I also used others. |

IBill has had this problem for years. Transctions get approved but the surfer never makes it back to the webgood page. It seems to us that about 1% of the transactions we do are affected in this way. We've be able to compensate for this by grabbing iBill's list of active subscriptions every 15 minutes and comparing it to our copy.
The pin code system does suck big time. Every once in a while, iBill will start issuing pins to customers that aren't on the list they provided to us. This happened to two subaccounts this week. The new iBillnextgen system does not appear to have either of these problems.

It's in beta. We were going to look at it just before all this crap with Visa happened.
I wouldn't expect Ibill to do anything until the Visa dust settles. |

Well, hopefully I can get them to at least look into this finally. I mean hell, I was the guy that fixed this stuff for them the first five years they were in business, so you would think they would at least entertain my problem reports.
I was hoping to round up a few others that have noticed this problem to help put some priority on this issue. This may just do it. May... Thanks for the input.. If there are any others, please chime in! Kenny
