Well, hopefully I can get them to at least look into this finally. I mean hell, I was the guy that fixed this stuff for them the first five years they were in business, so you would think they would at least entertain my problem reports.

I was hoping to round up a few others that have noticed this problem to help put some priority on this issue. This may just do it. May...
