If a court ever goes after Max on the above pretenses he will certainly be found guilty of rape. I have no doubts whats so ever.

I have problems with the video's not only because they are true rape video's but also even if it was all consentual material it should be labeled as Obscene, Deviant and criminal by community standards.
The laws should apply for the depictions of illegal sexual activity.

It is about website trailers as well as very old school telecommunications laws to transport obscene material across state lines.
They are just asked if the trailer is viewable across state lines and if the material is accessible across state lines and if so does it apply to them. I.E. it is already presumed and will be listed as obscene to the jury as the obscenity is not really in question. Also at issue is allowing access to minors via the web, which was already struck down but oh well.
Then once again Miller is thrown out as a trailer counts as its own "whole". Which would never apply to say an excerpt from the Kinsley report now would it?
The whole case is beyond fubar and Max's case just adds a little more fire to the hearings specially with the venue of EA's trial which is full of people who would fight tooth and nail to keep those tel-co laws in place.

Yet carry on, they will never go after less rough stuff. They will never target anyone doing regular porn. This is not calculated and they also fired assorted DA's for lack of zeal to go versus obscenity and they also added extra funding and hire more people for shits and giggles.

I did yesterday. Not the Max Case in particular, but the biased hypocrisy around it. I can name about 10 sites of long standing board members in here from the top of my head that I personally find objectionable, because they either overemphasize the teen (=underage) appearance of adult models, exploit drug addicts, or glorify violence. But my mind is not the measuring tool.

The measuring tool should be the question if the material shot is between consenting adults and if it promotes illegal activity. If an adult model was exploited by Max this should be tried in a separate rape or abuse case, and not in an obscenity show trial which only targets the adult industry as a whole.

Back to the tubes. We scan the internet on a daily basis for copyright violations and stolen stuff, and I know many tube and share sites. Fact is, Max's material is soft core compared to the nasty shit that's out there. Rape, snuff, scat, animals, torture, you name it. The only difference is that it's all free and non commercial? They wash their hands in innocence because supposedly 'customers' uploaded the sick and often stolen stuff. So how do they make money. I tell you how. On most of these sites you'll find a huge banner of some good old friends of ours on top, mostly Adult Friend Finder or their subsidiaries.

Something that would be interesting to see would be more coverage of the " CHURCH " being taken to court over the kids they have harmed the the families they have destroyed.
