He's most likely using bogus WHOIS info - fill out the form in my previous post and you can call him up and talk to him about it.

If he doesn't correct his info after you fill out the form, he's supposed to lose the domain.

as i knew it u were allowed to own related domain names as long as they werent competition for the owning co. (unless its a trademark then they can sue ya)

feel free to check, it cost me over $3k to have it done too ( i could have done it myself cheaper but I used a lawyer). Most sites that have real revenue and real traffic and that have been around for a few years have their names trademarked. AL4A, TheHun, Thumbzilla, eTc. and yes it is long and painful process.

the term sleazydream didn't exist in the english language before me. We have done substaintial searches on this too and because of this I got a VERY broad trademark on the term relating to ANY Adult Services, not just the web. A hard thing to get.

I agree it is not the best way to gain SE Traffic. And of course, it was on purpose done. It was a test to check some SE's and how a single Doorway Page will competite against the real famous Page. If you think it is huge traffic this domain get's from SE's your are false, it is less than 100 uniques per day

1.) Cybersquatting requires that there are Trademarks. In this Case is NO active Trademark, therefore it is NO cybersquatting so far.

I also made right now another trademark search and even thehun's is pending. However, I now several times have offered to remove and change all related keywords if anybody feels he has copyrights, trademarks or similar rights on the words used.
