True, most or many of you make the same by registering similar Paysite Names and whatever not. As long as their is NO Trademark I feel not bad.

Everybody who has a trademark on his name feel free to contact me and we will talk about how much my Domain affects your Trademark and in clear cases I'am more than willing to take the Site down or replace with one that will not affect your Business.

As long as there are NO active and current Trademarks I don't break any law so I don't know what kind of Action do you await. Also when I get notified, emailed or contacted by ICQ I'am always willing to discuss the matter. Don't know why never ever anybody has contacted me. Seems you prefer to cry on Boards more than managing the whole problem in 5 minutes.

Have you nothing better to do as involve sponsors in a case you even don't know who is right and who is wrong? Also it is in NO way a Sponsor Case as on this Page is NO Sponsor added.

feel free to check, it cost me over $3k to have it done too ( i could have done it myself cheaper but I used a lawyer). Most sites that have real revenue and real traffic and that have been around for a few years have their names trademarked. AL4A, TheHun, Thumbzilla, eTc. and yes it is long and painful process.

as we told you on ICQ before and like I offered you a solution that fix the problem just by removing all words that are related to sleazydreams but seems this is not enough for you. You continously threat me with phrases like:
- several of them will cancel your checks and send them to me without even any hesitation cause they are CLOSE personal friends of mine.
or
just PRAY to God you don't get img srced from me or some of my friends like thehun, worldsex, AL4A,, thumbzilla, or others you're trying to steal from. I really really doubt your servers could handle it - and I'm good friends with MOST sponser companies and usually can get them to close your affiliate accounts. You want a pissing match, prepare to get SOAKED.
if I don't shot down the whole Domain/URL and I realy can see NO need of it since you have currently NO Trademark to it.
