Some traffic theives/cyber squattors are worth shutting down - others with no traffic we don't care about. Any business with reasonable revenue needs to be protected.

right on ... personally i feel like u have a case against anyone if it's a brand YOU created urself. like using the word 'sprite' in a site since it has other meanings is okay as long as ur not selling soft drinks, but using a 'created' name should be grounds for assrape.
like if i made a site maturethumbzilla ...
