Good i hope congress holds there ground to this..... But as always with these fucking back door republicans there is a new executive order on the back burner which would bypass congress and give the president a open check book to do as he wants....

So just get 10 companies the size of Exxon Mobil together to donate the cash they made over the last 3 months, and you'll be able to pay those soldiers, no worries at all.
