I don't see what the fuss is all about, it's only 108,000 million dollar bills... Maybe the problem is finding a boat big enough to ship all this money safely?

Remember, Exxon posted record worldwide quarterly profits of $11 billion dollars..

So just get 10 companies the size of Exxon Mobil together to donate the cash they made over the last 3 months, and you'll be able to pay those soldiers, no worries at all.
