Of course they will get paid. Our government will do whatever it takes to make sure it happens, they will not take the risk that a few soldiers will stop doing thier jobs over not getting thier paycheck.

You're kidding, right? Our soldiers are some of the lowest paid people, anywhere. Families living on a single income at around $30,000 outside of a third world country? Dear god.
