UPS does suck compared to Fedex but this one looks like it's not their fault - bad weather is God's department.

After the fall wildfires, I had stuff that I was waiting for sitting in a warehouse for DAYS....evacuations were over, life was back to normal, but UPS was still "unable to deliver in Southern California"....

they are both 99% for me, it is the USPS overnight that sucks. At least they give your money back when late which is 20% of the time for me at least

It's been almost a year since they "lost" a $3000 server with all the data on it... In compensation I received... 1000 bucks... $2000 lost, plus the data. Like every good stories, here's the conclusion : Fuck you UPS
