Just don't call them... you'll accomplish nothing. Seriously - and you'll make some poor customer service persons day even worse than it already is i'm sure.

UPS does suck compared to Fedex but this one looks like it's not their fault - bad weather is God's department.

I too think Fed Ex does 10 times a better job than UPS!

After the fall wildfires, I had stuff that I was waiting for sitting in a warehouse for DAYS....evacuations were over, life was back to normal, but UPS was still "unable to deliver in Southern California".... :mad:

they are both 99% for me, it is the USPS overnight that sucks. At least they give your money back when late which is 20% of the time for me at least

i always send FedEx over UPS if I can.

Shitty weather (snow and ice) in Memphis too last night so I don't think FedEx would have got it there either.

It's been almost a year since they "lost" a $3000 server with all the data on it... In compensation I received... 1000 bucks... $2000 lost, plus the data. Like every good stories, here's the conclusion : Fuck you UPS:321GFY
