YES you are still expected to pay someone back if they say something bad about you, your fucking mom, your business or your dog. One has nothing to do with the other. I've heard that excuse given to me a couple times in the past. This one FUCK i held my temper and worked with him and his bullshit excuses for weeks, and then i finally got a little nasty with him and he replies " well fuck you, if you going to get an attitude i am not going to pay you". If i could have reached through the screen I would have strangled the fucker and beat him to a pulp.

lets say you buy a lifetime membership for a website, the website gets bought out 2 months later and the new company keeps the site the same but cancells your membership. You feel cheated ? you should, because you just have been cheated. Don't sell lifetime links if you plan on selling the fucking site. Or at least make a deal with people and tell them up front that their links are guaranteed for 1 year or you will give them "x" amount of money back, after 1 year if you sell the site you can't promise anything. Thats how you do good business. You be upfront with people. What you are doing is acting like a fucking clown.

He wasn't going to pay anyone back. I asked him nicely in a thread where he claimed he was refunding someone else. He said to e-mail him. I did, I waited a couple weeks, I even reminded him that I e-mailed him in a couple posts. If he was going to pay me back, he had weeks to do so. It's not like I just came on here screaming my head off about this guy.

My biggest issue is that he knew he was going to be selling/dropping those sites a week later. It's one thing to get in a jam a couple months down the road and have to sell some sites. It's another to sell hundreds of dollars worth of links to a site you know you are getting rid of in a week.

It's only $240, but there seem to be a lot of people who have similar stories to me. When all is said and done, it could be in upwards of a few grand this guy has swindled from people on his "permanent" (one week) links.
