There are a few different fees 1 for the Annual Account fee ( $35 I think ) 1 for the Card Renewal ( $35 I think ) 1 for the VIRTUAL CARD FEE ( $5 I think ) Everythings great here for me with epass. Most of these epass threads bring an old saying to mind "PEBKAC"

 | Yea I know the feeling... I ordered a Visa card In October because I was going to start using Epass more. I paid the $35 fee, but by the time I received it was already expiring in two weeks!?! Apparently new cards are issued in November regardless of when your card was issued in the first place. I was then charged $35 for another card. I was a little upset but I figured “oh well they fucked me…... that is what they do.” But then when I tried to activate my pin number for the card so I could use it, I received a message that my card was blocked and I needed to contact customer service. I contacted them and a week later they responded with instructions on how to activate my pin (the exact same way I had already done it). Of course I got the same error message. In short Epass is completely useless. I occasionally receive payments there from a sponsor who only pays Epass but I honestly would prefer to never have to login again. They are hands down the worst company I have ever seen.

wonder if all the people who compain about stuff with regards to epass ever actually contact MicahelO or epass directly before starting threads on gfy? If I have a problem with BofA I call them, I dont start threads on message boards and hope that someone from the banks reads it.

I have probs with banks all the time - I ask THEM to sort it out..... Why does everyone feel the need to post here about probs with ePass? Banks that have less customers have whole depts. dealing with complaints. Shit happens in every business.....

I guarantee you Banks have just as many if not more problems but since those customers dont come bitching and moaning on a adult wm board you dont hear about it...they call the banks customer service and get it resolved...and more often than not its the same guys complaining about epass
