Can someone help me with my math?

I used to promote 21SexturyCash. My stats say:

"Your total active members: 40 (This shows the number of members where you might still receive money from. If you will not see any money from them anymore, they are not counted.)"

It used to be a lot more, but as i said i stopped promoting them:

but when I look ar my stats for billing for this month, I only see 18 (3 + 17 - 2)

The other 12 were not counted, as you did not see any money from them. Key word in their phrase is "might".

Now, you might say "You're leaving out the 90 day and 180 day joins". Well, for 90 day joins, They would have had to either join or rebill since October 1, 2007.

I only see 1 of those 90 day (on 10/19/07).

As for the 180 day memberships, they would have had to bill since july 1, 2007.

I only see one (potential) of those on 8/3/07.

Oh, also, back when the "40" was over 100, the same issue was there (I actually only saw 50 or so billings credited).

But seriously, I'm trying yo understand these (NATS?) stats and what they mean. How can I have active members who have not billed? What am I missing?

An active member is just one that converts from the trial sign-up, doesn't always mean that they rebill on the next month.

But if a month goes by (or whatever period they signed up for) and they are still active, how can they not have rebilled? If they didn't rebill, they would no longer be active. So either people aren't being billed but are still getting service, or credit isn't being given. I don't see any other options (but that's why I'm looking for a valid explanation, and I haven't seen one yet).
