Moniker seems down for me too. What are your domains that are down as well?

Moniker did experience some downtime early this morning as there was a power outage with our data center. This issue has since been resolved. If anyone is still encountering issues please hit me up.

Moniker used to be fantastic and I was recommending them to everyone. I have hundreds of domains there.

Lately, my support emails go completely unanswered and when I call I'm told "you have to e-mail support for that". But I get no answer. I haven't seen them down much but people here seem to be seeing them down.

Sad to see such a great service losing that greatness

Same for me. It's simply unbelievable. Lately I've sent numerous emails to [email protected], my account manager, [email protected], all frickin' unanswered. As if I'm not a customer, and as if I haven't made them thousands in domain sales...

Nothing in the domain world comes close to the service Fabulous.com gives (well, it's a wholesale registrar geared towards parking, so not for everyone). I just have a few domains with Moniker.com for their whois privacy service.

Please let me apologize for any emails that may have gone unanswered. Moniker is committed to providing their customers with the highest levels of security and customer support available. We are one of the fastest growing ICANN accredited domain registrars because we put our customers first.

If anyone is not able to get in touch with their Account Executive or Client Services, please feel free to contact me directly for assistance.

Thanks - Happy Holidays!

They have always done right by me. I know they were recently hitting a few shows that may be the reason for late responses., as to their downtime they should fix that by hosting with WEBAIR.COM =).

Anyhow, My suggestion would be to pick up the phone and call them or hit Bari on AIM:

jrzeygirl88 (bari)

I don't think there has ever been a time i've messaged her that she has not responded in record time and besides that she's hot!

? How can your domains be down when moniker is down? My domains/pages were all up?

I mean, when a registrar goes down, your sites don't have to go down do they?>

I agree with your points. Sadly, I have had the same experience the past 3-4 months as well. Even when I try and e-mail, or ICQ Chris.

I think I will be moving them all here within the next 30-45 days.

I always recommend my merchants to Moniker and they rarely have issues. When they do, Bari is all over it.
