Same for me. It's simply unbelievable. Lately I've sent numerous emails to
[email protected], my account manager,
[email protected], all frickin' unanswered. As if I'm not a customer, and as if I haven't made them thousands in domain sales...
Nothing in the domain world comes close to the service Fabulous.com gives (well, it's a wholesale registrar geared towards parking, so not for everyone). I just have a few domains with Moniker.com for their whois privacy service.
