I love your site Gotys -- it's one of the few mainstream sites that give me a steady flow of traffic above 5000 hits a day and it's good quality traffic too. If I had that much money on the side and wanted to spend a billion hours a day working on a TGP, then maybe I'd buy it

250K isn't alot of money for a business that makes 15K a month.
Its a good investment.

Look at land based small businesses and the ones selling for 250K normally make less then 100,000 each year. They also require shitloads of work to run, and employees etc.

Which is why I think it would be beneficial for him to just let a company run it for a while while he does some of the easier work (easier for him, ie: coding). He'd get cash for nearly nothing, said company would get a small portion of the profits but more importantly would get some of his coding skills. And he wouldn't have to run the site at all.
